Sonja Morgan has confirmed a season 13 reunion for The Real Housewives of New York City, including how she prepares for them every year. The 57-year-old has been a part of the series since season 3 and has since become a fan favorite. Viewers love Sonja's comic relief and how she doesn't try to be anyone but herself. Sonja also has close ties to the RHONY ladies as she's become quite close with castmates Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps over the past decade.

Even though Sonja has become one of the staples in the franchise, there have been rumors about cast shake-up after a season of very low ratings. The whole cast, including Sonja, are all on the chopping block. Fellow costar Eboni K. Williams reportedly tried to sue Bravo for not offering her a second season contract, which she denied. Rumors have also been surfacing regarding Ramona's fate on the show, which Luann denied a couple months ago.

On the opening night of her new cabaret show Sonja In Your City at Asylum NYC, Sonja spoke to Us Weekly about the season 13 reunion and how she prepares. "I don’t really [prepare]" the reality star said to the news outlet. "I’m improv to the bone. I don’t prepare [...] You know, I’ve walked up to the reunion and forgot my shoes and I bought them at Aldo [...] I just show up with no pedicure, no manicure." Sonja, talking about RHONY moments at her show, even recalled one time during one of the earlier reunions when former costar, Jill Zarin, told her she at least needed to get a manicure for the reunion. She added that Jill was "horrified" when she discovered that Sonja didn't get a manicure. Nonetheless, Sonja has always looked fabulous at every reunion she has attended.

As for the reality stars' new cabaret show, her fellow castmates won't be able to see it until filming for season 14 resumes. "I don’t want to ask them to come to see the show now when they’re going to come see it anyway," she noted. As for who she wants to return and who to go, Sonja, who dated Ryan Serhant, is really up for anything. While she loves the five on the current cast, she would love a few more additions. Sonja mentioned Tinsley Mortimer, who left in the middle of season 11 to be with her now ex-fiancé Scott, possibly returning. She included Jill and Dorinda Medley, who was fired after a rough season 11. Sonja revealed that she is still very close to both Jill and Dorinda, and has a sisterly bond with Tinsley.

Now that a season 13 reunion has been confirmed, fans are excited to see The Real Housewives of New York City ladies officially end their season. With the reunion already underway, viewers cannot wait to see what the ladies will have to say about the delayed reunion. While many viewers didn't love this past season, RHONY will always be a favorite amongst Bravo fans.
