Ramona Singer from The Real Housewives of New York City has spent around $80,000 on a smile makeover over the past decade. Ramona prides herself on taking good care of her looks, including her teeth. Whether she's going to Dr. Sharon Giese for non-invasive plastic surgery or using her Ageless By Ramona skincare products, the reality star is always trying to look her best. Ramona started her journey to a better-looking smile long ago, and it seems like she's now got the perfect smile that she wanted.

Viewers first met the infamous Ramona Singer in RHONY season 1. Compared to the other women on the show, she has always had an eccentric and outgoing personality. Thanks to her outlandish ways, which sometimes make the other women mad, Ramona has been able to last twelve seasons on the Bravo series. She is now going into her thirteenth season. Part of what makes Ramona who she is is her obsession with looking young. Ramona may physically look 20 years younger than her actual age, which is 64, but her teeth have always been an issue.

Ramona's cosmetic dentist Dr. Apa spoke with Page Six Style about the reality star's $80,000 smile. He revealed that he first met Ramona ten years ago. She made an appointment to discuss a smile makeover. She ended up going to a different dentist in Los Angeles, and that person told her she had cavities in between her teeth. Still feeling dissatisfied with her smile one year later, Ramona visited Dr. Apa again. He assured her that porcelain veneers would be the perfect solution for her cavity woes and her shifting teeth. Dr. Apa told the publication that Ramona, who has a sky-high net worth that she can use to pay for cosmetic dentistry, began to "shift all to her left, so her smile was crooked."

Dr. Apa wanted to make her smile look like Ramona just got an "instant orthodontia and bleaching," but didn't want the successful fashion and jewelry entrepreneur to have over-the-top results. Her procedure included ten upper veneers and ten lower veneers, which cost $4,000 per tooth. A 10-tooth minimum was required. Ramona had her whole mouth done, putting the cost at an estimated $80,000. The cosmetic dentistry procedure may have cost a pretty penny, but Dr. Apa is worth the high price tag. He has also worked on the teeth of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino. In addition, he's done procedures for YouTube beauty guru NikkieTutorials America's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell. Cowell received Dr. Apa's help after he recovered from his e-bike crash.

Ramona has been flashing her new smile for the past few seasons. Ramona is always seen with a smile on her face, even when she's sharing her Ramona-isms. The procedure DID cost her quite a bit of money. However, as The Real Housewives of New York fans know, Ramona will pay any amount to ensure that she is looking her best in her 60s.
