The Real Housewives of New York's Leah McSweeney bravely posted her breast scar from surgery on her Instagram. In a candid photoshoot, the mother of one wanted to inspire other women to be proud of their bodies.

Leah McSweeney is all about making waves on the Big Apple franchise. Initially brought in as the replacement for Bethenny Frankel, she has carved out her own niche and made the show her own, thanks to her over-the-top behavior and tiki throwing tantrums. The mother of one’s newest tagline is she is sex-positive and BS-negative, and her style really encompasses that theme. Even though Ramona Singer may not like discussing sex at the dinner table, fans hope McSweeney continues to preach body positivity.

The week, the RHONY star decided to post an edited and unedited version of her Paper Magazine photoshoot, which showed her looking like a mermaid. In the picture, McSweeney is wearing gold from head to toe with her hair tied back. The reality star wrote, “I had wanted the non-photoshopped boob photo to be published, but accidentally the scar from my boob lift was edited out.”

The Married to the Mob CEO continued, “Here it is in all its glory for the sake of transparency. Sorry for clogging your feed today!!” Everyone flocked to her comments, including Vanderpump Rules star, Stassi Schroeder who wrote that she also had the same scars. The housewife has had a few procedures done in the past, which included her breast augmentation and lift. She also had her nose done.

McSweeney is currently taking her friend, Eboni K. Williams, under her arm as she introduced her to the group of women. The blonde has had a difficult few episodes as she is dealing with her grandmother dying and petty judgment from Singer. For two seasons now, the Upper East Side Singer Stinger has been acting as if talking about sex offends her when fans are well aware she enjoys a good nightlife. McSweeney is fed up with Singer’s hypocrisy and is raging against the machine. Fans appreciate how open and honest she is and hopes that she continues to be a beacon of light for many women who can’t currently find their voice.
