Bravo fans have been long awaiting the release of the Real Housewives of New York City trailer, and it's finally here. The two-minute trailer opens with some jazzy music and b-roll of the NYC skyline, starting on a mellow vibe. Within four seconds, OG housewife Ramona Singer is walking down the city streets when she shrieks in horror after being spooked by someone on Halloween, restoring the world's order while reminding fans why the New York franchise fails to disappoint!

There have been a couple of change-ups, namely the departure of RHONY's "Greek chorus" Bethenny Frankel, and the addition of the newest apple-holder: Leah McSweeney. Regardless, the women of New York are up to their same antics, delivering some seemingly promising material for the upcoming coming season, premiering April 2nd. Here are the ten biggest questions we have about season twelve after watching (and rewatching!) that coveted trailer.

How Did New Housewife Leah McSweeney End Up The Show?

Though the trailer makes it seem like RHONY's most recent cast member, Leah McSweeney, is introduced to the group through Tinsley, it's actually Bethenny who recommended Leah to producers! Before her decision to exit the show, Bethenny planned to have Leah as an ally for season twelve.

So, who is the woman behind the newest apple? Leah McSweeney, 37, is the founder and designer of the women's streetwear line Married to the Mob. Leah initially shocked her fellow castmates with her tattoos and overt edginess. This single mother has been sober for over two years and has been featured on other reality shows such as The Millionaire Matchmaker and Love & Hip Hop: New York. Leah also writes an advice column for Penthouse and contributes to the online publication Hypebeast.

Where Did Dorinda Medley Get That Huge Wineglass?

Dying to know where Dorinda found that legendary, life-sized wine glass she's holding in the trailer? Well, we did some investigative work and found Amy Schumer also used a four-foot-tall wine glass on her sketch comedy hit Inside Amy Schumeroriginating from the giant superstore Costco!

The 46" wine glass hit shelves in October of 2018, retailing for $79.99. Though it seems to no longer be available through the Costco website, fans of Dorinda (and wine) will vicariously live through her enjoyment once the season premieres.

Will The Show Hold Up Without Bethenny Frankel?

Though the trailer is packed full of exciting moments, Bethenny's absence is palpable.  Whatever will we do without the show's only voice of reason? Are these women able to hold up the show without her?

Bethenny was the titular breakout star of the Real Housewives franchise, being a large influence of the show's wild success. Bravo fans (and Andy!) will miss Bethenny's hysterical banter and snark, but there are plenty of other standouts remaining on the cast. In fact-- who in this cast isn't a standout? Reruns of RHONY are frequently played on Hulu by superfans like Stassi Schroeder.

Why Is Dorinda Shoving Luann Into A Door?

Dorinda seems to be the epicenter of every fight shown in the trailer! Back to her typical slurring ways, Dorina lashes out at multiple women, including Ramona, newcomer Leah, and Countess Luann. The trailer cuts to a scene of Luann booking it out the door of Dorina's infamous 'Bezerkshires' home, bellowing, "you're a sick human being!"

Dorinda storms over to Luann as she tries to exit, wagging her finger and clapping back. Does Dorinda take things a step too far when she pushes Luann into the door? Though it doesn't look too violent or forceful, putting hands on each other seems to be off-limits even for this disorderly bunch.

Is Ramona Singer Finally Confronting Dorinda About Her Drinking Problem?

During the fight sequence, the trailer cuts to Dorinda standing at the head of a dinner table with all the women. Ramona's in a frenzy, screaming, "we want to help you, don't you understand!" Fans believe Ramona is referencing Dorina's long-standing drinking problem that has yet to reach its boiling point.

"There's a problem here and we want to help you and you're not getting it!" Ramona barks at Dorinda. Though her delivery is less than praiseworthy, Ramona genuinely sounds concerned about her friend. The upcoming season seems to concentrate a lot on Dorinda's drinking.

Why Is Sonja Morgan Breaking That Mirror With Her Heels?

Sonja Morgan is back, and is the main star of the season twelve trailer. Her rambunctious behavior and oafish tendencies leave nothing to the imagination; Sonja exposes it all! She usually finds herself at the center of attention, or as the "straw that stirs the drink" (as she famously coined), but what has Sonja dancing atop a circular mirror, which seems to be on an ottoman in a restaurant?

Fans wince as the housewife continuously stomps her pointy heels through the glass mirror, crushing its contents more and more with each step. We can't wait to figure out what's happening here.

Wait, Is Luann De Lesseps Drinking?

Luann de Lesseps' sobriety (or lack thereof) was one of the main focuses of the season 11 reunion. She was arrested on Christmas Eve of 2017 in Palm Beach, Florida on drunk and disorderly charges after entering the wrong hotel room and kicking a police officer. Yikes! Luann was put on probation, with mandatory alcohol/drug screenings and AA meetings.

Luann broke her probation after neglecting to attend her AA meetings and received yet another probationary strike when she failed one of her scheduled drug/alcohol screenings. Her probation ended in August 2019. and Luann says she's now "drinking responsibly," but Ramona's face says it all after she tries to stop Luann from guzzling down a vodka-based drink, a controversial moment of the trailer.

Is Tinsley Mortimer Leaving The Show & New York Altogether?

Tinsley's been hyperfocused on her relationship with on-again-off-again boyfriend, Scott Kluth. Though the pair split up during season eleven, Scott won back Tinsley's heart and finally proposed last Thanksgiving, and she's over-the-moon about finally being betrothed! The other women never approved of Scott, and Tinsley's frustration illuminated when she tells Luann, "Well I'm moving to Chicago so there is no hump!"

Tinsley promised Scott she would uproot her New York life to live with him in Chicago once they got engaged, so it seems the city socialite will be kissing the show goodbye. PageSix reported that Tinsley has skipped out on multiple filming duties, including the cast trip to Mexico. Fans theorized a 'Real Housewives of Chicago' spinoff, but Andy Cohen confirmed that it's a no-go back in December on his radio show, Radio Andy.

Luann Returns To The Shark Room?

As one of the most exciting parts of the season, the ladies' yearly Berkshires trip seems to stir up trouble once again. Dorinda's pride and joy centers around hosting the ladies at the 'Blue Stone Manner,' always accompanied by festive decorations. Each of her bedrooms has a different theme with the infamous 'Shark Room' garnering the most buzz.

Last season, Luann threw a fit after Dorinda allowed Bethenny to have seniority over the rooms, leaving her with the rejected 'Shark Room'. Luann claims to be triggered by the 'Shark Room', reminding her of being too drunk. The women constantly bicker over who stays in the 'Shark Room', much to Dorinda's dismay. The shark makes a cameo appearance in the trailer as its being spooned by Luann.

Why Is Sonja Wearing Gourds As Ear Muffs?

Good gourd, Sonja! At it again, Sonja Morgan sounds off the season twelve trailer as she squeals: "WORST. F---ING. DINNER. PARTY. EVER!" Sitting right next to her, Ramona jarringly covers her ears from Sonja's screams and Leah has a priceless moment when she looks right at the camera, making the same face as everyone watching at home.

In less than six weeks, these wonderful ladies will return to the silver screen once again, and we simply cannot wait!
