Amid rumors that The Real Housewives of New York is going to bring back some heavy hitters, it does not look like Bethenny Frankel will be one of them. She has made it pretty clear that she is not in the running. Bravo fans are beyond disappointed, but the former housewife may have some valid reasons for turning down the gig.

While fans were getting their hopes up, Bravo was shooting down any and all rumors involving the return of RHONY alums Bethenny and Tinsley Mortimer. Bethenny has been a fan favorite for years, thanks to her sharp tongue and quick wit. She joined the very first season of The Real Housewives of New York, and fans were able to watch her potential explode thanks to her Skinny Girl brand. While on the show, she found love and experienced heartbreak. No matter how much fans are hoping for her return, it doesn't look like more RHONY action is in the cards for Frankel.

Bethenny has made it fairly clear that she will not be reappearing on The Real Housewives of New York by taking to Twitter to share that she and Andy Cohen do not discuss the show. If the king of Bravo can't convince her to return, then there is little hope that anyone else will be able to cajole her into coming back. There could be a plethora of reasons why Bethenny from RHONY would not want to return to the show that made her famous. However, she may simply be too busy to rejoin the cast. See her tweet below:

Frankel has been working diligently with her BStrong foundation to help those affected by the Haiti earthquake. For years, the mother of one has been at the forefront of disaster relief. She donated masks during the COVID-19 pandemic and helped residents of the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. The entrepreneur also has a wedding to plan since she recently became engaged to Paul Bernon. Not to mention, Bethenny is spending a lot of quality time with her daughter.

Frankel believed that the false leaks were just desperate grabs for attention. Maybe they were since fans have been so disappointed with the franchise as of late. There are still plenty of rumors flying around, including talk that Luann de Lesseps is being downgraded to a friend and Ramona Singer is being fired. Bravo has confirmed none of these rumors, leaving viewers questioning what exactly is going on with the beloved franchise. However, Frankel is not coming back, and that's a sure thing.
