Friend of The Real Housewives of New York, Bershan Shaw, is doling out solid advice after the ladies' major fight on Tuesday's all-new episode. Bershan has come on the scene as a fun-loving Manhattan woman, and fans are liking her as an addition. Ramona Singer introduced her the group of women, and it looks like she is making quite the impression.

As one of two Black housewives (for the first time ever) on the franchise, Bershan is looking to make the most of her platform. Shaw is a business coach and motivational speaker. She has her own podcast called Buckle Up With Bershan, and her net worth is estimated at $5 million. The newest friend of the housewives has had overcome some hardships throughout her life, including a battle with breast cancer. Her mother died of the disease, and her father was diagnosed with prostate cancer. She has shared the stage with Tony Robbins, Pitbull, and Camilla Parker-Bowles. She also starred on OWN's Love In the City.

It’s getting witchy in Salem as the women cackled and brought more drama to the franchise. Sonja Morgan may be over Bershan and her lack of tact, but that didn’t stop the public speaker from speaking her mind. Bershan told Page Six about how to deal with a new friendship saying, “You are enough. You have it all within you.” She mentioned that most of us think that other people have such great lives when all they have to do is focus on themselves to see a change inside and out, but the grass is not always greener on the other side. The Unstoppable Warrior Woman Warrior joked that she was a hero for dealing with the women's drama.

Bershan found herself in the center of the dinner fight that took place in the recent episode. The ladies of New York City did not take kindly to being called "boring." The argument went on for hours and left fans with another to be continued episode. Many fans feel that Bershan instigated trouble amongst the women and stirred the pot, especially when she called Sonja a clown. None of the women enjoyed being called out for being lame and acting like grandmas.

Hopefully, her first impression will become better as the season continues because, at this rate, the woman will be writing her off. Rumors were floating around this week that Ramona Singer may be replaced due to her OG status. Ramona's personality no longer seems to be fitting in with the premise of The Real Housewives of New York. Fans will remember that the blonde was the one who introduced Bershan to the group.
