Bravo fans have noticed that The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice and Jackie Goldschneider may have buried the hatchet once and for all. Last season showed the two mothers embroiled in an ugly public feud that didn’t seem to have an end in sight.
Jackie has always been a pretty private housewife and spent the entire 11th season defending her marriage to Evan Goldschneider. During his birthday party, Teresa let slip that she had heard a rumor that Evan was fooling around with a woman at his local gym. The blonde was worried her husband’s reputation would be sullied. Jackie was livid and tried to sort out the lies, but instead triggered the mother of four with an analogy that went over Teresa’s head. The OG refused to apologize for more than half a season, almost causing a giant rift with the rest of the cast.
Even in the midst of World War III, the housewives are always willing to play a spirited game of tennis. Teresa recently shared an Instagram post that showcased her and Jackie on the court and hitting a few balls. She wrote, “Baby got back hand.” Both women seemed to step it up in their sportiest outfits that included cute skirts and tank tops.
Some Bravo viewers were a bit confused as they didn’t realize the two women had become this close in such a short period of time. Jackie took to the comments to respond, saying, “Best caption!” One fan wrote, “if this can happen, then there is hope for Israel and Palestine.” Jackie also posted her own shot on her personal Instagram, writing, “Bad b****es play tennis.” Both looked extremely happy to be playing in the fresh air away from the cameras.
As most reality TV lovers know, a lot of relationships are forced for the camera and the drama. Fans warned Jackie to watch her back since Teresa has been known to act shady. While hell has not frozen over, it was nice to see the two frienemies make a step in the right direction. Maybe Teresa is softening thanks to her new beau, Luis Ruelas. The two have been going out for almost a year, and many feel a wedding may be in Bravo’s future. Whatever the reason, season 12 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has started filming and is set to be great.
