After Joe got in trouble with the United States government by avoiding taxes and spent some time behind bars, he was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement and immediately flown back to his home country, Italy. The couple eventually announced that they have decided to go their separate ways.
The OG only recently slashed the price of her mansion in Montville, New Jersey, in hopes that it would sell quicker. The mother of four is looking to start over in a new home that she can call her own. Teresa and the Skinny Italian author is best known as the table-flipping diva of the New Jersey housewives. Now according to The Daily Mail, she has found the perfect home.
The new home cost the couple $3.35 million. The layout shows it has seven bedrooms, and the reality star is over the moon to "go into business" with Luis. It looks like to fans that Luis is an avid investor in real estate, and the home may be a business venture for the duo. The new mansion is located in Montville, New Jersey, which is known as an affluent area. The outlet reported that Luis put up the money for the investment while Teresa will act as a property manager. The home is 7.728 square feet and even has a six-car garage, personal gym, movie theatre, and library. The plot also sits on six acres of land.
The OG's old home is still going for $2.25 million and boasts 10,000 square feet. Joe designed and built their mansion from the ground up back in 2008. The newest season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres this week, and fans already know Teresa has found herself in trouble once again.
