Dolores Catania is opening up about how "draining" The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 reunion was for her and the fallout it led to. Despite a few minor showdowns, Dolores has done a good job at staying out of the drama on the show. But apparently, all that changed while filming the reunion. She revealed all the "fighting" among the cast and hinted at losing one friend.
Teresa Giudice has had her guard up with the ladies since introducing her fiancé Luis "Louie" Ruelas to the group. Season 12 follows Teresa and Margaret Joseph's ongoing feud over all the questions Margaret has about Louie's past. Teresa wants the ladies to be happy with her relationship and not question her spouse. But Margaret is curious about the allegations Luis's exes made about him that leaked to the press. Teresa seemingly accused Margaret of talking to the exes who leaked the information. With Teresa feuding with Margaret, Jackie Goldschneider, and her sister-in-law/frenemy Melissa Gorga, her only true friends are Dolores and Jen Aydin.
But Dolores might be hinting at a fallout with Teresa or Jen Aydin after filming the season 12 reunion. She recently opened up about what went down when the cast sat down to rehash the season 12 drama. “[The] reunion was like, the worst ever. Ever," Dolores said on the April 11 episode of the Two T’s in a Pod podcast. "This is my seventh and it was absolutely draining," she added. Dolores explained how all of the "fighting" that took place was a pain to sit through while the cameras were rolling. "It was a long time and a lot of fighting and I’m not getting along with someone right now, out of nowhere,” Dolores shared. While she didn't reveal which of her co-stars she had the fallout with, she did share her hopes for repairing the friendship.
While it could be anyone, Dolores has had the closest ties with Teresa and Joe Gorga. The trio have known each other for years and raised their children together. Amid reports of Joe storming off the set after getting into it with his niece Gia Giudice, he also could be harboring some resentment toward other cast members. Additionally, show alum Kim D recently revealed the fallout between Dolores and Jen Aydin. Kim D claims the two co-stars are no longer speaking and it will most likely be revealed during the reunion.
Dolores has always been one to keep her hands clean and away from the drama. But with Margaret coming for Teresa and Jen, the two could've been looking for some friends to have their back. Teresa has already revealed that none of her co-stars will serve as bridesmaids at her wedding. Now it's possibly becoming more clear why Dolores and Melissa didn't make the cut. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans will be anxiously awaiting the reunion to find out who Dolores is no longer speaking to. Hopefully, it's not Teresa.
