Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin revealed that she had been quarantined with COVID-19. The housewife shared with her followers that she is finally feeling better.

The Turkish housewife has not been on the show very long, but she left her impressions on the other women thanks to her truth-telling tongue and drunk actualities that spilled out of her after a shot or two of tequila. The 42-year-old became quite close with Teresa Giudice, who at times was made to look like a villain, and some would say that Aydin had even started acting a little too much like her. The outspoken housewife is married to plastic surgeon Dr. Bill Aydin and the two share five children together.

Aydin took to her Instagram earlier today to announce that she indeed had tested positive for the coronavirus. The mother looked exhausted as she explained in detail why she had been MIA from social media for over a week. The Jersey girl explained that she had been self-isolating in one of her many rooms within her mansion for the past 10 days, only learning on Monday that her test had indeed come back positive. According to the housewife, today was the first day she had started to feel like herself again.

The opinionated housewife divulged that the hardest part was having to keep her children away from her. Many fans would argue the hardest part would surely be the upper respiratory complications. Aydin acknowledged that she was lucky not to have any breathing problems. Her days of recovery had not been so terrible. The Bravo personality explained that she fought against a lot of fatigue and succumbed to hours of sleep. The nights were evidently the worst for Aydin, as she suffered from excessive sweating and chills. Since being married to a doctor, she learned the importance of taking her daily dose of vitamins and drinking a lot of hot liquids.

The Jersey housewife urged her followers to stay inside and keep positive as they will make it through this difficult time. Currently, New York City and New Jersey are struggling with a large number of cases with over 1,000 deaths in one day. Fans have flocked to her profile, sending well wishes and hope for a quick recovery. Bravo’s Andy Cohen also was diagnosed with the coronavirus but is on the mend and now back to hosting his late-night talk show.
