One of the reasons why fans tune into The Real Housewives every week is to see what the women are wearing. With most of the Housewives being vastly wealthy, their closets and out of this world. From designer price tags to one-of-a-kind pieces, the women rarely disappoint when it comes to fashion. Every franchise differs in the fashion department as well. Just because they are wealthy and have connections with stylists doesn't always mean a Housewife has great style.
Fans have come together to talk about the best and worst fashion moments in The Real Housewives. From New Jersey's love of rhinestones to Orange County's lack of individuality, it takes a lot to be known as one of the more stylish Housewives in the series.
Carole Radziwill (RHONY)
Carole Radziwill was a great addition to The Real Housewives of New York in season 5 because of her incredible backstory and tendency of being right. Radziwill was the widow of Anthony Radziwill, who was cousins with John F. Kennedy Jr. She was also a well-known journalist and author. On top of all that, she had amazing style. One Redditor mentioned that they felt Carole had the best style in the franchise. "I'm totally gonna say, Carole. She just has a cool, effortless look about her." Teentytinty followed that sentiment, saying they love her style because "she dresses appropriately for [her] age."
Katie Rost (RHOP)
Katie Rost is no longer a Housewife on The Real Housewives of Potomac, but she was entertaining to watch. After appearing as a Housewife in season 1, a guest in season 2, and a friend in season 4, it seems like Katie can't quite stay away from RHOP.
And fans don't want her too far away because they enjoy her sense of style. AquaBaybe said, "I'm gonna go with Katie Rost for one of the best. She always looks well put together." The women of Potomac have been mocked on Reddit for their fashion choices but Katie has a crisp, clean style.
Heather Dubrow (RHOC)
The Real Housewives of Orange County has had over 20 Housewives over the years as one of the longest-running cities in the franchise. And throughout almost 16 seasons, there have been good seasons of RHOC and bad seasons, great Housewives and lackluster Housewives. Heather Dubrow, however, was always a great Housewife with a classy sense of style.
BumbleBeeTuna710 wrote, "I’m not necessarily a Heather Dubrow fan but I think her looks are almost always classic and elegant." They Continued saying that compared to Housewives like Dorit and Erika, Heather's looks are expensive yet understated.
Bethenny Frankel (RHONY)
Bethenny Frankel isn't just one of the most well-known Housewives with iconic lines in the franchise, she's also one of the best-dressed. Bethenny has knocked most looks out of the park and seems to wear the perfect outfit for each occasion.
GardenInMyHead agreed and wrote, "Bethenny is the best by far. Her street looks fit her figure and they have a class." She's always put together and looks like a person of importance. Her looks at the Hamptons, in particular, are some of her best fashion moments.
Kenya Moore (RHOA)
Kenya Moore has been a staple in The Real Housewives of Atlanta for almost 10 seasons. Despite Kenya's villainous behavior at times and some of her more severe fights, Kenya has a good heart deep down and speaks her truth.
Moore is also incredibly dressed. Compared to her fellow castmates, Kenya is one of the best-dressed Housewives in Atlanta. DestroyerOfHausPlants agreed and wrote, "As ugly as her personality is, Kenya usually looks gorgeous." TamaGucci_XO had similar thoughts and said, "I love Kenya's fashion. I agree she always looks great."
Dorit Kemsley (RHOBH)
When fans think of fashion and The Real Housewives, Dorit Kemsley is one name that pops up time and time again. Her style has really evolved over her time on the show and she has a particular taste in high-end designs. She's not afraid of wearing bold designer looks and she loves to play around with looks that other Housewives wouldn't dream of. And while Dorit's made some shocking decisions in the wardrobe department at times, she's mainly fashionable.
"I think [Dorit's] stunning and wears nice clothes that suit her and always looks stylish," one RHOBH fan wrote. They continued saying, "I also love that she's not always dressed up, that she wears sweats and wears minimal makeup sometimes."
Cynthia Bailey (RHOA)
After 11 seasons on RHOA, Cynthia Bailey recently made an announcement that she was not going to appear in season 14. As one of the more likable Housewives and a former supermodel, Cynthia's gorgeous looks are evident. Everything from her makeup to her hair and her clothes is perfection. And fans notice. Nearer_Still wrote, "Cynthia and Erika are the best at pulling off a wide variety of looks that demonstrate great attention to detail." GiraffePizza also noted that Cynthia's looks weren't as "tacky" as some of her friends.
Sonja Morgan (RHONY)
It's hard for fans not to support Sonja Morgan because she's so endearing. She's very open about her divorce, her problems in relationships, and the issues she has with other women. Just like her friends, it's hard to stay mad at Sonja.
And despite the problems she faces in every season, Sonja always looks the part. Fans of RHONY love the way she dresses. Seahorse Sabbatical wrote, "For being such a mess [Sonja] always looks so, so classy! Love the blazers and the boots and the jeans and the shawls." Candiace Dillard Bassett (RHOP)
Candiace Dillard Bassett joined The Real Housewives of Potomac in season 3. And despite her massive fight with Monique Samuels that's still talked about to this day, Candiace is known for her stylish confessionals and elegant looks.
One RHOP fan wrote that Candiace has "top tier Housewives style." They continued writing, "Her looks are a combination of adventurous, yet understated. She doesn't have to talk about what she's wearing or what it costs because her looks speak for themselves."
Crystal Kung-Minkoff (RHOBH)
As one of the newer Housewives in the RHOBH universe, Crystal had a quiet first season due to her castmate's (Erika Jayne) national issue with the law and her husband. But from what fans gathered from getting to know Crystal was that she was a laid-back woman with amazing style. KellyGrrrl328 wrote that "She has a very subtle high-quality style." "The other ladies wear a screaming Louis Vuitton scarf, Crystal wears a muted cashmere scarf that you’d barely recognize as Louis Vuitton. I really appreciate her style," they continued writing. Her go-to looks are understated and timeless.
