Rumors appear to confirm that Larsa Pippen is returning to The Real Housewives of Miami. The series has been off the air since 2013. But after a nearly 10-year hiatus, producers thought it was time to bring the ladies back. Larsa's addition proves to be good for bringing in viewers, as she's often tied to controversy.

Larsa originally only appeared in the first season of RHOM. At the time, she was still married to NBA champion Scott Pippen and they were raising their four children as a family. But after exiting the show early, Larsa and Scottie parted ways, with her opting to keep his last name. Her failed friendship with the Kardashian sisters had her name in the press last year after fans noticed they all unfollowed her. By the fall, Larsa broke her silence and blasted the famous family in a tell-all interview. Shortly thereafter, she was tied to a cheating scandal with NBA player Malik Beasley.

After recently engaging in a nasty back and forth with Malik's wife on Instagram, it's now been revealed that Larsa has been filming scenes for RHOM's reboot. The show's return will air on Peacock and Larsa has already filmed scenes at Miami hotspot Seaspice and “other fun locations," her rep told Page Six. The season four cast was recently revealed and included some familiar faces. Back in April, sources said that show OG Alexia Echevarria was a possible shoo-in among the cast. Most recently, a blogger caught Adriana de Moura, Larsa, Alexia, and Lisa Hochstein partying in Miami together.

Alexia appeared in all three seasons of the show while Larsa only appeared in season one. The series was canceled after just three seasons due to low viewership. But with Larsa being a free woman now, her storyline could possibly help heat things up in all the right ways. In April, she confirmed that she was single after dating Malik for a few months. In recent months, the Minnesota Timberwolves player posted a lengthy apology to his estranged wife on Instagram begging for her forgiveness. He also insinuated that Larsa was using him for fame.

In response, Montana Yao posted an Instagram Story where she blasted Larsa and accused her of not following girl code. She also claimed the mother of four tried to conceive a child with Malik and would call paparazzi to take capture photos of the short-lived couple. Larsa clapped back and made a mockery of Montana and Malik's marriage and claimed she left him because he cried too much. Now, this is the type of energy that will reel viewers into The Real Housewives of Miami.
