The life of French interior artist Frederic Marq changed drastically since the end of the original The Real Housewives of Miami. Frederic appeared on the Bravo reality show before the reboot moved to Peacock alongside housewife star Adriana De Moura, and the couple was featured as they advanced from dating each other to tying the knot. Since his wedding to Adriana in 2013, Frederic has maintained his lavish lifestyle with some major alterations.

As one of the most complicated marriages of Bravo, the original RHOM's short-lived three-season run from 2011 to 2013 captured Frederic in a time of transition from French bachelor to newlywed. Even though Adriana insisted that the couple was not married until 2013, her ex-friend and fellow RHOM costar Lea Black revealed that the couple had been legally married in secret since 2008. The confusion around Frederic's relationship with Adriana set the pair up for a rocky marriage post-RHOM, and it also made fans theorize that Adriana's reasons for marrying Frederic were based more on opportunity than affection.

Adriana & Frederic Divorced In 2020

Unfortunately, Adriana revealed that she and Frederic divorced in 2020. In an exclusive with Yahoo! News, Adriana said, "I believed that Frederic and I would be together forever. We were together for over 10 years — 11 years, to be exact — but unfortunately, in the later years after the show wrapped, there were different paths, and we were growing apart." The RHOM star continued, "We very amicably got divorced, and it was sad. Very sad. But it’s life — you never know!" Adriana is not currently in a serious relationship.

Frederic's Life Went Beyond Adriana On RHOM

During his time on RHOM, Frederic was laser-focused on his relationships with Adriana and his design career. Nicknamed the "Brazilian Bombshell" of the Miami art scene, Frederic and Adriana's relationship sprouted from the pair's common interest in art and interior design. Frederic has worked as a hotel developer and designer for his own business, Frederic Marq Design, since the company's launch in February 2000, a venture he continues to this day.

At the end of RHOM season 3, Frederic was beginning his executive program at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. He completed the Ivy League program in 2014, and the Frederic Marq Design company continues to thrive to this day. Unfortunately, his marriage to Adriana did not fare well, and the designer has not appeared in the Peacock reboot of RHOM.

Overall, Frederic has lived a fairly typical post-Bravo life. From selling his house for millions of dollars to furthering his business ventures to separating from Adriana, Frederic has made the most out of his reality TV stint. Although Adriana stars as a friend of in The Real Housewives of Miami, it's unlikely Frederic will be seen again on the show.
