Amid talk of Mary Cosby's rumored exit from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, she's being accused of having an extramarital affair as well. As speculation continues to mount over why Mary decided to skip out on attending the RHOSLC season 2 reunion, a more shocking revelation into the First Lady is creeping to the surface. Apparently, Mary was possibly wanting to avoid discussing a lot more than her church cult allegations and racially insensitive remarks. A man who appeared on the show - but who has since passed away - is rumored to have a more intimate history with Mary than what was revealed on RHOSLC.

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 1 showed Mary introducing her unconventional marriage to her step-grandfather. She married him so that she could inherit the congregation from her late grandmother Rosemary Cosby. Mary claims it was her late grandmother's dying wish for her granddaughter to marry her second husband, Robert Cosby Sr. On RHOSLC season 2, Lisa Barlow helped unearth shocking claims that Mary was running the Faith Temple Pentecostal Church like a cult. While meeting with Cameron Williams, one of Mary's former church members, Lisa was given inside information in regards to Mary financially exploiting her congregation and forcing them to worship her as God. Cameron - who has since passed away - even alleged to have suffered religious trauma after supposedly mortgaging his home to give Mary $300,000.

Mary's recent decision to skip out on the RHOSLC reunion and someone claiming to be her cousin is the result of many individuals currently speaking out against the church leader. A man by the name of Dan C. also accused Mary of engaging in an extramarital affair with Cameron. Dan claims that Cameron was initially dating his daughter and the couple would go to Mary and Robert Cosby for counseling. "During this time, Mary and Bishop would counsel the two of them and bring up reasons why they shouldn't be together," Dan shared on the Sharell's World podcast. "Mary would actually tell my daughter, 'Why don't you bring Cameron around? I feel something with you. I think you're jealous. You don't want him to be around.'" You can watch the full interview below.

Dan claims that his daughter and Cameron broke up at the request of Mary and Robert Sr. After their split, Mary allegedly went over to Cameron's home with Dan's brother and nephew and Cameron allegedly claimed Mary told him to touch her private area. The shocking allegations are only the latest in a line of questions many viewers have about Mary's lifestyle when the cameras aren't rolling. On the show, Mary has denied the cult allegations and becomes defensive when confronted about her wrongdoings. After being confronted by Jennie Nguyen about complimenting her "slanted eyes," Mary's only defense was that she likes people who have "slanted eyes".

Mary has issued out a public apology for likening Jen Shah to a "Mexican thug" at the time she was arrested. Despite Jen being the one facing felony charges, Mary completely upstaged her when it came to being the villain of season 2. With Mary choosing to skip out on attending the season 2 reunion, her departure from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City seems inevitable. Mary has since posted cryptic messages bashing reality TV. Her post seemingly confirmed that she won't be returning to the show after two drama-filled seasons.
