Joe and Teresa were indicted for filing a false bankruptcy report in 2013, for trying to hide their earnings. The Italian native also had other charges brought against him as well, being indicted for failing to file tax returns between the years of 2004 and 2008. Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months behind bars for her part in the scheme and was left federal prison after only having served 11 months. Upon her release, Giudice reported immediately to the federal prison to start serving his three-year sentence.
