The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke admited to lying about Gretchen Rossi and Lizzie Rovsek. The new housewife was only trying to keep the peace, not realizing that by holding back that bit of information it would cause a huge mess.
The two housewives in question, Rossi and Rovsek, are not liked by Tamra Judge as they both had a part of the ugly rumor that inferred her husband, Eddie Judge, was gay. Rossi starred on the franchise for four seasons choosing to design handbags after leaving the show. She had made guest appearances as a friend of Vicki Gunvalson during last season, which also landed her in hot water. Since Rossi left the show, she has had a daughter with fiancé, Slade Smiley, and was at risk of her house being foreclosed on. Rovsek was only a full-time housewife during season 9 who was best known for her swimwear line. She did return as a "friend" in season 10.
The rookie of The Real Housewives of Orange County got an ear full on the newest episode from veterans, Shannon Beador and Judge. On Tuesday’s episode, Windham-Burke was berated by her costars for having texted the two ex-housewives and then backtracking that she did. Windham-Burke originally said that the Rossi and Rovsek reached out to her, asking to be friends. But according to a sneak peek obtained by Us, Beador claimed that Emily Simpson had texts that proved otherwise, saying that it was the other way around and Windham-Burke reached out to them.
After being attacked by the women, Windham-Burke did ask Simpson to share the texts with the group because she did not remember saying that. Judge exploded in anger at her confused co-star saying that now she does not feel as if she can trust Windham-Burke, adding that this situation makes her look like a liar. Beador also added her two cents telling the rookie that she felt that she was made to look stupid because she became friends with her so quickly. She then screamed that she had been nothing but kind to Windham-Burke. Pretty quickly Windham-Burke apologized to the ladies saying that she didn’t lie on purpose and it was all a big misunderstanding. Judge mocked her apology which sent Windham-Burke to the front of the tour bus to cry.
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County have never been an easy bunch to join. For seasons, both Gunvalson and Beador were known to not like having to embrace the new woman, often making it very hard for them to assimilate. Even though it makes it harder for the women, it also has produced some of the best drama. Fans have only seen Windham-Burke for two episodes but have faith that she will prevail, after all, she does have nine children at home, surely she's handled harder things than befriending a group of women.
