Amid Thomas Girardi's divorce from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne, the powerhouse attorney has been slapped with yet another lawsuit. This comes one month after he was hit with his first lawsuit and divorce papers from his estranged wife.

The rumors and reports surrounding Erika and Tom's marriage have been nonstop since they announced their divorce last month. “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi," the reality star said at the time. The couple married in 1999 and had no children or prenup. The pop star had previously spoken about how hard it would be to get a prenup out of the successful attorney, but that didn't stop her from requesting spousal support after their split was revealed. Most recently it was revealed that Tom not only denied her support request but sent out his own request for spousal support as a jab back at his wife. There have been reports that the couple had an unconventional marriage and had been living separately for some time prior to their divorce announcement. Cheating rumors followed both parties as photos and insiders showed glimpses of the two entertaining other people. But, that was just one part of Tom's legal issues.

After he and Erika were sued earlier this month by Edelson PC for alleged fraud and embezzlement, Tom was hit with another lawsuit from Wells Fargo Vendor Financial Services. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Tom and his law firm, Girardi Keese is being accused of breaching a written agreement and conversation with the bank. The suit claims Tom's company entered into five different lease agreements with the bank where they agreed to pay to lease office equipment. However, the bank says the company breached the agreement when it stopped making the monthly payments for July and August. As a result, Wells Fargo is seeking payment on the outstanding bill totaling $882,715 with an added 10 percent interest.

Additionally, the bank claims Tom's law firm is storing the rented supplies at his properties in LA and San Bernadino and has requested to seize both properties. This comes after he and Erika were accused of filing for divorce as a ploy to cover up their alleged embezzlement scheme. The couple allegedly embezzled settlement funds that were meant to go towards the victims of Lion Air Flight 610. The class-action lawsuit claims that Tom and his law firm "are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds." The documents accused Tom of resorting to criminal activity to fund the luxurious lifestyle that he and Erika had grown accustomed to.

On the show, Erika is known for her glam squad and having a love for top designers and labels. In her 2017 song called "XXPEN$IVE" the reality star brags about having "Bentleys and Benzes through cash-colored lenses." So it's not too much of a surprise she's being dragged into Tom's legal woes.
