The divorce between Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has gotten even crazier as she has revealed that a Californian judge was her husband's alleged mistress. The couple has been sued by Edelson PC on behalf of several Boeing plane crash victims. It is alleged that they redirected settlement funds that were meant to go toward the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

Tom's accounts were also all frozen last Monday, as he claimed he was broke. A judge found that Tom misappropriated $2 million in funds due to crash victims' families. This comes on top of the fact that his divorce is ongoing.

Now Page Six is reporting that Erika has decided to out one of Tom's mistresses as a Californian judge during the height of the drama. Erika made it loud and clear that the reason for her divorce was due to infidelity. The reality star shared numerous text messages from the woman and blasted her publically over the weekend.

In a social media post, the "Pretty Mess" singer shared dozens of illicit text messages and captioned them by writing, "This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f–king my husband Tom Girardi, and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery." The star has since deleted the social media post, but the pictures made it clear that this old phone belonged to her husband, Tom. One text message read, "Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be a whole lot better if I were f–king you." While another one showed her trying to get Tom to pay Dr. David Matlock for plastic surgery, "I can ask my new boyfriend to pay if it's a problem. He's got big dough." Another text simply read, "Miss you babe. Makeup sex?"

Judge Bigelow is a judge for the 2nd District Division 8 of the California Court of Appeal. She has worked in this capacity since 2008 when she was appointed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bravo fans were sad to read the texts but also feel this is Erika's way of taking the heat off her part in the lawsuits. Fans are hoping to see this drama play out on the next season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since the cast is currently taping.
