The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp confirmed a surprise return to the series in season 11. The accountability coach had her former co-star and best friend Kyle Richards on her podcast, Teddi Tea Pod with Teddi Mellencamp. Together, Teddi and Kyle spilled a lot of tea about RHOBH. Moreover, they answered lingering questions from Teddi’s time on the show.

Teddi Mellencamp joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 8. At the time, certain fans applauded Teddi’s relatability, but most viewers believed that the mother of three was boring. Newley-promoted housewife Sutton Stracke called out Teddi on this as well. As the seasons went by, Teddi departed RHOBH after season 10. She initially avoided confirming any appearance on season 11, but Kyle thankfully helped her get the ball rolling.

“Yes, well obviously,” said Kyle Richards about the likelihood of Teddi Mellencamp being seen as a friend on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11, as reported by E!“I mean, I had to drag you, but you did.” Teddi appearing as a result of Kyle’s nagging is no surprise to most fans. The two of them have been friends who share a close bond. Their co-stars even called them out on it. “It took some convincing,” revealed Kyle on getting her friend on board to come back. “[I] was there” confirmed Teddi Mellencamp, “you’ll have to see”. The daughter of famous singer John Mellencamp revealed she was in the presence of cameras. The hit reality series only just started season 11, so there is still plenty of time for fans to look out for this upcoming cameo of Teddi on the show.

Teddi Mellencamp has remained busy since announcing her exit from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Most importantly, Teddi gave birth to her third child, a baby girl named Dove. Teddi was pregnant with Dove for the majority of season 10. She most infamously got backlash for her accountability program, “All In”. The fans called out the star for an allegedly unhealthy diet plan and scamming customers.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 premiered to an abundance of praise from its fans. The women of Beverly Hills welcomed Kyle Richard’s older sister, Kathy Hilton, and its first Asian cast member Crystal Kung Minkoff. Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna addressed season 10’s intense drama involving Denise Richards, but most importantly, the opening teaser hinted at big things to come for Erika Girardi. Teddi Mellencamp may have dodged a bullet by exiting before what looks to be a dramatic season.
