The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Taylor Armstrong is revealing her thoughts on Erika Jayne’s legal battle. The former housewife may be best remembered for her daughter’s over-the-top birthday bashes and a husband who took his own life.
The mother of one left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after season three but did pop back in as a friend of the housewives every so often. Taylor’s personal life was on show as many of the rest of the cast, but she went through a lot in her personal life. She and her late husband, Russell Armstrong, did not get along, as he was domineering. When season 2 premiered, Taylor shared that her husband Russell had sadly taken his own life. During this season, Taylor also shared that her late husband had physically abused her.
There is a close connection between Taylor and Erika Jayne when it comes to secrets, as Russell had been hiding serious financial issues, just like Tom Girardi. While speaking on her podcast, Hot Takes & Deep Dives, she shared her thoughts on reality TV, telling listeners, “There was a belief in my mind that you kind of got to tell what reality you wanted to tell and once the cameras are rolling, that’s certainly not the case. You don’t get to filter your reality.”
Taylor turned her sites on the ongoing legal trouble that Erika has found herself in, thanks to a sly divorce and multiple lawsuits. The blonde told listeners she was surprised to hear that someone who is that deep in criminal activity would take the risk of going on the show, saying, “but there is a level of narcissism when you’ve gotten away with this for so long.”
Erika is currently slowly peeling back the layers of her life on the newest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In the last episode, she told the woman about her divorce and how she had to move out of her Pasadena mansion to a smaller mansion. Bravo viewers were not impressed. Her fellow co-stars were shocked that they had not been given a heads up but have yet to learn about the legal battles coming her way. All anyone knows is that Erika had to move fast to get out of her marriage.
