Ronald Richards, who is currently investigating Erika Jayne's fiances, is planning to depose her co-star on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna. On the most recent episode from this season, Lisa defended Erika while the other ladies were interrogating her during Kyle Richards' Christmas dinner. Sutton Stracke, who was promoted to full-time housewife this year, questioned Erika regarding the Los Angeles Times article and the information that was brought to light. However, Erika continued to claim her innocence and refused to discuss the article.

After Sutton asked questions about Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvis let Erika know her thoughts on the alleged crimes. The actress told Erika that her sister went through a similar situation as the victims when she received a faulty kidney transplant. Garcelle admitted that if any of these allegations towards Tom Girardi were true, she said, "well, then f*** Tom." Once Garcelle said her peace, Erika agreed with her sentiment but showed little remorse for the victims.

During an interview with the Adam Newell-hosted YouTube channel Up and Adam!, Ronald Richards, who plans to use statements from the show in court, spoke about his plans to depose Lisa Rinna following comments she's made regarding Erika Jayne's innocence on the Bravo series. "If you combine [the business manager] with the fact that Lisa Rinna's been defending her, and she's been vouching for her saying that she wasn't involved... So if you're gonna make a statement of fact, you better have a basis of knowledge," the attorney said of Lisa's defense of Erika. He continued to say how he plans to get a testimony of the actress to see why she has "personal knowledge that Erika Girardi has no liability" in the case. Richards believes Lisa has gone to the "extreme" to support the singer.

"Lisa has gone beyond just saying, 'Hey, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt or innocent until proven guilty.' She's gone to the further extreme and said, [...] Shes basically innocent,'" the attorney exclaimed. Richards, who was called out by Erika on Twitter, is unsure if Lisa is lying, playing it up for the cameras, or if she has solid facts. As a result, the attorney plans to subpoena the reality star. If he receives a letter from her lawyers claiming she knows nothing regarding the embezzlement case, then he might let it go. He continued, "I'm gonna have her sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that she was just basically talking, and she has no personal knowledge, and that would be acceptable to me." Before this interview, Erika was trying to get Richards removed from the investigation, claiming he's been harassing her online. However, the judge wasn't convinced and kept him on the case.

After Lisa's unwavering support for Erika last week, it may have caused some legal issues for her. Nonetheless, Lisa was clearly only trying to stick by her friend and support her through a difficult time in her life that has gone public. It seems Sutton had the right idea, stepping back from fully supporting Erika.
