Star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Rinna defended her support of Erika Jayne amid the pop star's divorce and legal woes. The diamond franchise has largely focused on Jayne's upsetting separation from Tom Girardi as well as the financial and legal troubles he found himself in. Girardi has been accused of embezzling millions from lawsuit victims. Rinna and her costars have found themselves in the position of having to make sense of the wild accusations in real time.
The Beverly Hills housewives traveled to La Quinta, California, for a getaway weekend. Garcelle Beauvais shared information with the group concerning Jayne, which led to an emotional moment from the How Many F***s singer. Rinna called Garcelle's actions f***ed up. However, fans on Twitter accused Rinna of being hypocritical because she acted similarly to Garcelle with Denise Richards last season. Rinna appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after the episode.
Rinna insisted she was not being hypocritical. "I am somebody who does take a look at my behavior and what I've done and I have grown since last year" said wife of Harry Hamlin, "and Im not going to behave the same way that I did last year with Denise with Erika." She described the two situations as apples and oranges. "Were dealing with a totally different set of circumstances," said the former soap star. Rinna reminded the audience that the show was filmed a while ago and judgements should be saved for later. "Were just at the beginning of this" teased the star.
However, Rinna continued to show loyalty to her costar. The mother of Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray said that the Xxpen$ive singer was completely oblivious to her husband's crimes. "I've known Erika a long time" said Rinna, "I don't think she knew anything." She questioned why Girardi would tell his wife anything if the lawyers themselves were oblivious. Rinna admitted her view puts her in the minority of public opinion but she owned it. "If I'm wrong, I'll f***ing deal with it" said the housewife.
Rinna defended Jayne against costar Sutton Stracke as well. Stracke questioned whether or not the women should distance themselves from Jayne in light of the LA Times article that was released on the latest episode. The craziness continued when Erika revealed her husband's mistress on Instagram. "What Erika does doesn't effect me" said Rinna, clearly not worried. She dug into Stracke by shading her business too. "I have businesses you'd think I would be more worried, Sutton doesn't really have a business".
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills continues to deliver with its dramatic eleventh season. Rinna, Stracke and the rest of the women discussed how to proceed with Jayne at the end of the latest episode. The women will confront Jayne from the looks of the preview for next week's episode. Viewers should tune in to watch if Jayne owns it.
