Joyce Giraud appeared in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for just one season, but Real Housewives fans stay up to date with her life through her Instagram posts. Joyce joined RHOBH for season 4, alongside Carlton Gebbia. While she tried to be friendly towards the other women, Joyce quickly butted heads with Brandi Glanville.
Joyce's bubbly personality was in evidence when she was around her husband Michael Ohoven and their two children. However, the Puerto Rican pageant title holder was willing to speak up when she felt threatened by her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars. After a series of derogatory statements by Brandi (including calling her Jacqueline because "Joyce is a big fat pig"), Joyce had no trouble calling out Brandi's problematic comments. Joyce and Carlton also went head-to-head after Carlton told Joyce to "watch what happens." While Joyce became convinced that Carlton cast a spell on her family, Carlton swiftly denied doing so.
Unfortunately, Joyce's career as a housewife came to an end when she and Carlton were fired after season 4. Although she was a one-season wonder, Joyce has continued documenting her career and personal life on Instagram. Joyce And Michael Show Off Their Love
Joyce and Michael have been married since 2009. They have two kids, and their sons Leo and Michael are now 12 and 11 years of age, respectively. Michael and Joyce's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills scenes always featured their obvious love for one another, even though some fans found their relationship obnoxious. Michael toasted their longstanding relationship with a sweet five-minute speech in April. With the RHOBH husband expressing his devotion and proclaiming himself the "happiest man on this planet," Joyce advised her followers, "Find a man who’s eyes light up each time he sees you. A man who makes you number one!" She added, "And in case no one told you today…You are loved!"
Joyce And Lisa Vanderpump Hang Out
While Joyce never got close enough to her RHOBH co-stars to consider them true friends, there is one person who became an exception: Lisa Vanderpump. LVP is still remembered as one of the best Real Housewives stars across the franchise. Joyce and Lisa have kept their friendship intact since season 4 aired in late 2013 and early 2014, and most recently enjoyed a night out in late March.
Joyce Celebrates Her Hair Care Line
Like current RHOBH star Erika Jayne, Joyce has her own hair care and beauty line, Joyce Giraud Beauty. Featuring items like hair care supplements, body lotion, and various oils, Joyce Giraud's company launched in 2021. It has really gained momentum over the past year. In late April, Joyce thanked everyone for their continued support. "THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making my line the number one hair care line," Joyce wrote, adding, "And the supplements the number one product in the network!" Although Joyce won't be returning to RHOBH anytime soon (season 12 is now airing), it's clear that she has been doing very well since stepping down as a housewife.
