Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has legal issues which have caused her to be openly criticized by numerous housewives. For the most part, Erika has stayed silent when she's put down by other Bravo stars, many of whom seem to think she's guilty. The awkward silence has led fellow housewives and fans to second guess her tall tales.

All eyes are currently on Erika, as she is still embroiled in a $25 million lawsuit. Tom Girardi's law firm is accused of funneling money to her businesses. The disgraced lawyer Tom has also been accused of embezzling money from the families of victims of Lion Air Flight 610, in order to fund his ostentatious lifestyle. Tom's law firm Girardi & Keese has had to claim bankruptcy. Tom recently told the paparazzi that he believes his estranged wife knew about his business activities, but Erika has kept her mouth shut, waiting for her moment in court.

Sutton Stracke may have been the loudest housewife to speak out against Erika. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers watched as the blonde went up against Erika multiple times in the season, claiming her stories did not add up. Within her own franchise, Erika saw multiple friends turn on her. Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and their husbands were caught openly mocking the "Pretty Mess" singer's stories over dinner. Even Camille Grammer has come out of the woodwork to say that Kyle told her Tom was in trouble years ago. The only Bravo personality who stood by Erika was Lisa Rinna.

Erika Jayne Jen Shah Real Housewives

Bethenny Frankel from The Real Housewives of New York and Kelly Dodd from The Real Housewives of Orange County both revealed that they had heard about Tom's issues with money for years. Bethenny shared on her podcast that her former boyfriend (the late Dennis Shields) had spoken about how Tom was in debt to him. At the same time, Kelly revealed that she had heard the rumors around Los Angeles often but thought that they were lies.

Both former housewives made it clear that they believed Erika should have spoken out in support of the victims, rather than staying quiet. The oddest reaction from a housewive came from Jen Shah from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, after she posted a meme implying her legal trouble was better (but at the same time, worse) than Erika's.

Erika has already stated that she will remember those that were against her during these trying times. The reunion is set to take place in four parts, mostly due to the amount of questioning Andy Cohen put Erika through. The actress was said to have answered every single question. The following season has started filming, so the network is keeping up with Erika's drama.
