The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne just shared some interesting details regarding ex Tom Girardi's 2017 car crash. Since the new season started, Erika has been opening up little by little about her marriage. Even though some Bravo fans are struggling to buy her fake tears, the singer is determined to cast doubt on Tom.

It has been suggested more than once that Tom did use his cash and clout to influence high-up officials. Fans have been shocked by what the prosecution has uncovered about the once famed lawyer. For almost his entire career, Tom had a perfect record with the California State Bar. The government agency is in charge of regulating attorneys. It came to light that Tom had numerous complaints filed against him, but the perfect record allowed him to market himself as a renowned lawyer. Tom has hidden a lot from the people in his life, and each day, more information is being uncovered.

While at dinner during the most recent episode, Erika made the decision to open up to Kyle Richards and her soon-to-be ex-husband's health. Bravo viewers learned that back in 2017, the 82-year-old "drove off a cliff." According to the "Pretty Mess" singer, Tom has been unwell for years prior to his Alzheimer's diagnosis. Erika told her friends that she had not told the truth about the accident and the crash left her husband unconscious for 12 hours, according to Page Six.

Erika relived the moment when she called Kyle and told her that Tom had a car accident, saying that part was true, but she didn't tell her co-star the rest. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans learned that Tom suffered a broken ankle and that “he was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows that.” Erika revealed she found Tom unconscious, saying he had a head injury. The Bravo personality also said he had broken his shoulder and his clavicle. Erika shared that she found her husband after he took a wrong turn and rolled down a hill, saying, "I was just assuming he was with some other woman.”

Erika eluded to finding evidence of Tom's cheating ways but waited to file for divorce this past November. Just last week, Erika was mocked for her crocodile tears as she confessed that her life had been turned upside down. A judge recently ruled that Tom's victims could now go after Erika's assets. She recently blasted the lawyers on one of the cases, calling them clowns.
