Amid Erika Jayne's divorce and embezzlement claims, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has rumored to be selling some of her designer clothes online. The reality and pop star was spotted promoting some of her previously worn threads on a fashion app where users can purchase them. Erika has had a rough end to the year after announcing her divorce from Tom Girardi last month.

The couple had been married since 1999 and had no children together or prenup when their split was revealed. Shortly after the filing, Erika sent out a spousal support request from her estranged husband. However, he recently fired back with a support request of his own while also denying hers. The former couple has been at the center of legal drama aside from their divorce. Tom most recently was slapped with two lawsuits with Erika being included in one. The two are accused of embezzling funds awarded to the family members of plane crash victims. They allegedly kept the money for themselves to fund their lavish lifestyle. Additionally, Tom was hit with a second lawsuit for bank fraud from Wells Fargo. To make matters worse, his assets have been frozen as a result. So, if Erika was hoping for spousal support, it's clear what the turnout on that will be.

With all her money and legal woes falling down on her at once, the "XXpen$ive" singer has reportedly decided to sell some of her pricey designer pieces for extra cash. After the Bravo star announced that she was selling luxury pieces from her wardrobe on the app Vestiaire Collective, The Blast captured screenshots of her new hustle. Her account shows her offering about 40 different designer pieces at a discounted rate. Most of the clothes Erika has worn during filming or on the red carpet. Among the collection of worn items being sold include a Gucci cashmere jacket for $900 and trousers for $600, a Baleniago wool jumper for $450, and a $4,000 Zuhair Murad silk jumpsuit. The Fenty X Savage model added the Non-Singe/Unsigned maxi dress that she can be seen wearing in the show's opening. She's selling that for $1,600 but says it's worth $2,000.

Among the high-end pieces, she's reselling items from designers including Moschino, Versace, Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Rick Owens, Balmain, Stella McCartney, and Dolce & Gabbana. The embezzlement lawsuit launched against her and Tom accuses them of using the stolen funds to pay out on her signature glam squad and luxury lifestyle. The suit also claims the couple is faking their divorce in an effort to get off the hook for all the money they owe. At the time she announced her divorce, reports surfaced that the couple had an unconventional marriage and had been living apart from each other for some time. There were also cheating claims against both parties.

Most recently, housewife Lisa Rinna teased that all the drama surrounding Erika at the moment will be included in season 11. Fans are anxiously waiting to watch how the next season plays out. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see how Erika and Tom's relationship unravels amid their legal woes.
