Former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Eileen Davidson recently spoke out against the cast, who is attacking Erika Jayne regarding her legal troubles. Viewers may remember Eileen appeared on the Bravo series as a full-time housewife from seasons 5 to 7. She joined the show at the start of season 5 alongside current cast member Lisa Rinna. The two had known each other prior to the reality series as they both appeared on the soap opera Days of Ours Lives together.

During Eileen's time of the show, she began the voice of reason on the cast. In fact, Eileen was always the one who was there for Lisa whenever she found herself at odds with the ladies. At the start of Lisa's time on the show, she was at the center of most of the drama. She was the one who brought up Yolanda Hadid possibly having Munchausen Syndrome, and she accused Dorit Kemsley of allowing guests to do drugs in her home. No matter what, Eileen was always there for Lisa.

During a recent appearance on Us Weekly's Getting Real with the Housewives podcast, the former reality star revealed that she doesn't like the way the RHOBH cast is questioning whether or not Erika, who appeared at a Las Vegas bar, knew about Tom Girardi's legal issues. "If she’s guilty or she’s not, that’s going to come out [...] but I think it’s kind of ugly when everybody’s jumping on this bandwagon of wanting to crucify her or say she did it when we don’t know," Eileen said on the publications podcast on Friday. Eileen added that if the singer is guilty she will "have to pay the price," but until then Eika is still a human being. The 62-year-old revealed that watching Erika go through all this pain and "how it’s affecting all the women is uncomfortable."

Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020, citing irreconcilable differences. A month later, Tom was accused of embezzling at least $2 million in settlement funds from his clients who lost loved ones in the Lion Air plane crash in 2018. Later, an exposé came out in the LA Times, exposing the 82-year-old's years of stealing money from vulnerable clients. Now Tom s over $101 million in debt, while Erika reportedly owes at least $25 million of it. However, to this day, Erika remains innocent. Eileen was recently asked on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen if she's spoken to Erika since the legal problems became public. She admitted that while she has texted Erika, she has not heard back. Nonetheless, the women have exchanged comments with each other via social media.

Even though Eileen is no longer on the show, she is still close with some of the women. She and Erika, who was spotted at a TJ Maxx, has a close relationship while they appeared on the series together and Eileen is only looking out for her friend. Until Erika is proven guilty, Eileen has no reason to believe she isn't innocent.
