After the confusion about Tom Girardi's accident on the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne admitted she does not care if her castmates believe her or not. On Wednesday, the reality star spoke about the story of Tom breaking his ankle after he was in a car accident not too far from the Pasadena mansion. Erika told the truth but left out a few details she didn't want her costars to know at the time. However, so of the details were dicey and left her castmates and the viewers confused.

The 50-year-old filed for divorce from her husband of 21 years in November 2020, citing irreconcilable differences. However, the singer later revealed in an episode of the Bravo series that she left her husband after years of neglect. Erika never felt like she was treated like a wife; she felt more like one of his associates. Now with the embezzlement case, the public is starting to think she left him to avoid any ramifications from the ongoing case.

Page Six caught up with the 50-year-old earlier this week when she was spotted going to a private dance class in West Hollywood, hours before the new RHOBH episode. She attended the dance class dressed in an all-black sweatsuit, sneakers while carrying a large white tote. During the episode, Erika discussed the legal and financial troubles she and her ex-husband have been going through. She claims to have known nothing about the money Tom was hiding and remains her innocence to this day. Before Erika began her class, a photographer asked her whether her castmates believe her side of the story. She replied, "I really don’t give a f–k if they do or they don’t."

During Wednesday night's episode, Erika attempted to distance herself from the claim that Tom has embezzled millions of dollars from his clients. The disgraced lawyer was accused of stealing more than $2 million from clients whose loved ones died in a horrific plane crash in 2018. His assets were later frozen by a federal judge in Chicago for allegedly misappropriating the funds. In order to distance herself from any ties to the legal case, Erika discussed Tom's alleged infidelities. She said one of the reasons why she ultimately decided to leave Tom is because he was cheating. She claims to have found several messages from another woman that she says probably was going on for years.

Viewers are still on the fence about whether or not they believe Erika's story. While it is possible she was not aware of how Tom was handling their finances, fans are finding it hard to believe she was completely out of the dark. Nonetheless, Erika has been through quite a lot of turmoil since the embezzlement became public and needs the support 0f her friends now more than ever.
