Filming has already started for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12, and newcomer Diana Jenkins is officially joining the cast. It stands to reason that RHOBH season 11 was the most explosive yet, with the main focus on Erika Girardi’s legal problems and pending divorce from Tom Girardi. The other housewives had a tricky time navigating this sensitive subject, and Sutton Stracke got the brunt of Erika’s wrath when she questioned Erika’s complicity in the legal issues. When the season ended, producers wanted to start filming season 12 right away to avoid missing anything during downtime. As a newcomer, Diana will be walking into an already tense situation, and fans are eager to see if she’ll be able to hold her own.
Diana was introduced to the group by Lisa Rinna, who also brought in Gabrielle Beauvais and former cast member Denise Richards to the show. Fans say that Lisa has a habit of turning on her friends, so Diana may need to watch her back. Alas, it looks like Diana can outsmart some of the housewives. She has a degree in Computer Science and Economics and is the founder of the drink company Neuro Brands. She also created D Empire Entertainment, which is described as a “full-service music label.”
Diana, who hails from Bosnia-Herzegovina, fled the country during the Bosnian war in the 1990s. She started her life in London and eventually made her way to California. She has two children with her ex-husband, financier Roger Jenkins, who is one of the highest-paid men in his field. Diana uses her money and social status for good causes, much like former RHOBH star Lisa Vanderpump. As an activist for human rights and a philanthropist, she has formed the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization with Sean Penn and has put her efforts into rebuilding the lives of other Bosnians. She was also honored by the Elton John AIDS Foundation, which makes her one of the most recognized RHOBH stars ever.
The cast of RHOBH has already been seen with Diana, and she seems to have gotten along with them so far. Lisa Rinna’s recent Instagram post showed her and fellow castmates Erika Jayne and Kathy Hilton hamming it up during a holiday party. Meanwhile, Crystal Kung Minkoff also showed love for Diana with a selfie captioned, “Opposites Attract. Welcome to the sorority, @sdjneuro!” Diana was seen having dinner with the housewives following the robbery at Dorit Kemsley’s home. Dorit was home with her two kids when intruders broke into her house and held her at gunpoint. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but the aftermath is surely going to be played out on camera.
After Lisa Vanderpump’s and Denise Richards’ departures from RHOBH, Bravo has had big shoes to fill. Diana seems to be up for the challenge. She is friends with influential people like George Clooney, Elton John, and Neil Patrick Harris. She’s in a longtime relationship with Asher Monroe has a child with him. It’s hard to imagine how Diana juggles her businesses, philanthropic endeavors, as well as a baby. Diana is a force to be reckoned with and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans can’t wait to see how she’ll get along with the other housewives.
