Diana Jenkins from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is suing a blogger known as "Enty Lawyer" (who writes for the Crazy Days & Night website) for defamation. Diana has been frustrated throughout RHOBH season 12, due to how the show has impacted her reputation. Many Bravo fans speculated that she joined the show to clear up scandalous rumors around her book, Room 23. Then, she went to bat with Garcelle Beauvais for prioritizing saving face (and protecting her own family), after a racist bot attack targeted Garcelle’s son, Jax. Andy Cohen later apologized for not standing with Garcelle. Diana’s since launched a series of lawsuits focused on unveiling the bot attacker and clearing her name, amid a range of controversies that surfaced on RHOBH.

It turns out that the gossip about Diana's Room 23 book was just the beginning. Amid a flurry of defamation cases against various media outlets, the anonymous "Enty Lawyer" has become target number one for Diana. Her lawsuit claims that "Enty Lawyer" published several false and defamatory allegations about her. It, “alleges that the blogger used their website, podcast, and social media channels to publicize fictionalized claims that Ms. Jenkins ran an international sex trafficking and prostitution ring,” in the pursuit of clout and financial gain, according to Variety. Diana is fed up with "Enty Lawyer" profiting from alleging that she is a villain. This has been happening since 2012.

Diana's Tired Of Enty Lawyer Earning Money From RHOBH Gossip

Crazy Days and Nights launched in 2006, and is the hotbed of allegations against Diana. From claiming that she was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein's, to adding fuel to the fire with allegations related to Room 23, "Enty Lawyer" has cornered the market on sharing rumors about Diana. As Diana’s said, she has enough money to get to the bottom of the gossip, and all the time in the world to investigate the claims that she says are false. Other media outlets circulating similar rumors removed content about Diana. Now, the RHOBH star seems determined to follow through, by holding the mysterious CDAN blogger accountable.

While the Bosnian refugee-turned-RHOBH star likely won’t be returning for a second season, she’s certainly made a splash with her legal woes. She came to change the narrative regarding her reputation. In some ways, she’s succeeded, as the Bravo audience (beyond Hollywood’s elite) has a more complex understanding of Diana's personality and life. On the other hand, her alienation from issues around identity politics, and prioritizing focusing on protecting herself, hasn’t painted her in the best light. Making an enemy out of "Enty Lawyer" is one thing, but characterizing Garcelle as another villain was a poor choice.

Diana’s defamation cases certainly make her look like a power player. However, her incredible wealth makes her less relatable to average audience members. If Diana successfully unmasks the bot attacker, and holds "Enty Lawyer" accountable in a meaningful way, that will undoubtedly serve justice. However, if she never makes amends with Garcelle, she’ll likely stay a villain in the RHOBH world.
