The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills might be getting Crystal Kung Minkoff as their next newest cast member. Her potential casting comes off the heels of Denise Richards' exit and Teddi Mellencamp's firing.
The news of Crystal Kung Minkoff does not come as a surprising, seeing as there have been many shakes in the RHOBH cast. Crystal is not the first potential cast member for the upcoming season. Kyle Richards' sister, Kathy Hilton, is allegedly in the running for 'friend of' for next season. This would not be a surprise as her sister Kyle is currently a cast member and Kim Richards was one from past seasons. There has also been rumors of actress, Ali Landry, joining next season as well.
According to All About The Tea, has reportedly already signed on to join season 11 of RHOBH. The news was released on Real Housewives Franchise Instagram account on October 5th, claiming Minkoff has already joined the cast. According to the social media account, Minkoff is the founder of RealCoco, a food company specializing in coconut water, coffee creamer, and chips. Besides owning her own business, she is married to famous Disney director Robert Minkoff, who has directed films such as The Lion King, Stuart Little, and The Haunted Mansion. The couple were married in 2007 and share two children: a son, Max, and a daughter, Zoe. Crystal seems like a great addition to the cast. She has her own successful business, a wealthy husband, and a cute family. Crystal will star alongside Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, and Garcelle Beauvais as a full-time cast member, with Sutton Strake joining as a 'friend of' once again.
Last season of RHOBH was quite the interesting season. The show kicked off with Kyle in New York City for Fashion Week and introducing the newest cast members, Garcelle and Sutton. After that there was some tension with Teddi and Sutton, and Kyle and Garcelle. A majority of the cast did gang up on Denise after she was mad at her cast mates for talking about threesomes in front of her kids at the BBQ at Denise's house. This confused the ladies as Denise has never had any trouble talking about her sex life or how well-endowed her husband, Aaron, is. Things took turn for the worst when it was revealed Denise had slept with Brandi Glanville. Denise of course denied this claim and said her and Brandi were never even that close. She began to get lost in her lies and this angered the rest of the cast. What's even worse, they took Brandi's side over Denise's. This ultimately led to her departure from the show.
If Crystal Kung Minkoff is the newest cast member of RHOBH, hopefully she fits right in with the cast. Crystal seems like a nice woman with a great job and family. She might be able to bring some authenticity to the show.
