As The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams teases details on the three wedding ceremonies that she and Simon Guobadia are planning for themselves, the details on his divorce settlement from Falynn Guobadia have been revealed as well. The wealthy businessman didn't lose much and is officially able to remarry. His upcoming nuptials with Porsha come just months after his dissolved marriage.

Porsha and Simon have been under fire over their whirlwind romance that came after the Nigerian business mogul appeared on season 12 with his newly ex-wife Falynn. She was listed as "Porsha's friend" on the show, but when Porsha announced her and Simon's romance she claimed she and his ex were never friends. Fans have been blasting Porsha and accusing her of betraying Falynn. But she's remained unphased by the criticism and continues to show off her newfound love on social media. Meanwhile, Simon just put the finishing touches on his previous marriage as he prepares for his next one.

It turns out that Simon Guobadia first filed for divorce from Falynn Guobadia back in January 2021 but dismissed the filing a week later, as Yahoo reported. Just one month later, Simon refiled on February 2021 with claims that their marriage was “irretrievably broken" and demanded that their prenuptial agreement be followed. In April, Falynn responded to his filing and denied his claims of “living in a state of bona fide separation,” as well as that their relationship was “irretrievably broken. After accepting his divorce complaint on April 30, they reached a final settlement that enforced their prenup and waived each of their rights to request alimony.

As a result, Simon reportedly paid Falynn $50,000 and forked over her share from a property they owned together that was worth $153,725. Simon has since put the $4.99 million mansion they lived in on the market and Falynn was ordered to vacate the premises by May 28. The 13,500 square foot property was featured on RHOA when Porsha and her friends came to visit Falynn and Simon. It was because of this scene why many viewers have been criticizing Simon and Porsha's union. Many are even debating if Falynn deserves a peach next season.

Porsha recently solidified her love for Simon by tattooing his middle name onto her neck. She hasn't shown the tattoo but revealed the news on her show Dish Nation. The move comes as she faces heightened backlash over her new relationship and ahead of her upcoming spin-off special. It looks like Porsha has confirmed her spot as the new star of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
