Porsha Williams and Marlo Hampton from The Real Housewives of Atlanta are taking steps to repair their friendship. In the recent season of the reality series, fans watched as the two ladies navigated the murky waters of their friendship. This happened after Kenya Moore stepped back into the picture.

Bravo fans watched as the entire cast joined in to learn Zydeco dance, which features plenty of "twerk" movements. The real issues started on the last cast trip to South Carolina, as a stripper named Bolo was said to have had a threesome with Tanya Sam and Williams. Tanya denied the rumor. Moore was at the center of the investigation and mended fences with Hampton at the same time. After the two women reconciled, Williams told cameras she was extremely hurt. She felt like she had lost a friend.

After almost half a season, on Sunday's all-new episode, the two fashionable women took steps to improve their relationship. The ladies found themselves on a cast trip to New Orleans, which was a gracious set-up by Drew Sidora. During a dance lesson, the two friends decided to have a heart-to-heart about where each one of them stood. They talked about what they could do to make things better. Williams told cameras that, "Today, we're in this space, it's a f***ing healing twerk center, and we gonna figure this s*** out."

After the class ended, Williams (who is a mother and a successful businesswoman) asked Hampton to stay for a bit so they could chat. The mother of one wanted to know why her close friend didn't call her anymore, and the fashion maven said it was not intentional. The whole issue came down to Willams not trusting Hampton being friends with Moore, who has talked badly about her in the past. The radio host feels that Moore is manipulating her friend and is worried she will be used as a pawn.

The women hugged it out in the end. Then, they rejoined the women (who are in a brawl of their own) on the bus. Moore had been in a bad mood the entire trip, and fans believe she will talk with Hampton during the next episode, just to get the low down. For now, though, it looks like Williams and Hampton have squashed their petty beef. Unless Moore (who's been accused of body-shaming Drew Sidora) chooses another housewife as her friend first, they are back on track to being BFFs.
