Real Housewives of Atlanta's Porsha Williams found herself behind bars during a peaceful protest for Breonna Taylor. Answering the call to fight for justice, Porsha Williams attended the event in heartfelt solidarity for not only a fallen sister, but for the Black Lives Matter movement as a whole. Throughout it all, she never stopped chanting "Say her name!"

Names like Breonna Taylor and George Floyd are two of the many names that have characterized the Black Lives Matter movement. More importantly, they have provoked people to fight for justice by way of peaceful protest. Breonna Taylor, a 26-year old EMT, was at home in Louiseville, Kentucky, with her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, when police raided her home because they had the wrong address. Breonna was shot eight times and died as a result on March 13. Only one officer was fired and the other two present have yet to be charged. Another tragedy that touched Porsha's heart and ignited a fire in her, was the disturbing murder of George Floyd. The 46-year old family man was arrested in Minneapolis, Minnesota, suspected of using a counterfeit bill. The arresting officer then proceeded to handcuff him and press his knee into his neck until death in May of this year. Porsha explained that the video documenting his death "awoke" something in her that she "knew was there".

The TV personality was arrested along with Yandy Smith at a peaceful protest for Breonna Taylor. Porsha posted to Instagram about her situation, showing different videos and pictures before and after her arrest. In one posted earlier in the day, she was grouped together with other protesters before a band of police officers. One by one they they came in, handcuffed someone, and led them away. Porsha captioned these "No Justice No Peace" and another "SAY HER NAME' as protesters sat with fists raised in the air. The RHOA star then posted a five-minute video of footage of her in jail. The camera pointed at a large blue door that held her on the other side. In the wake of the arrests, songs could be heard in the background. Protesters on both sides of the door sang together, starting with "Let it Shine" then moving to "Amazing Grace."

Porsha later showed a video of her release. Under the blanket of a mournful night, she was welcomed back outside as friends and fellow movement followers waited for her. Happy to be out and emblazoned with purpose, they all celebrated, singing and dancing along to 'We Are Family'. This isn't the first time the reality star has been arrested, but this particular incident was something she referred to as 'Good Trouble'. She was also arrested alongside 87 others in July at another Taylor protest when they stood outside Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron's home. "The message that we have is not going to die, it's not. George Floyd will not have died in vain," Porsha told ET in June after George Floyd's death. "I need to be with my people, with our allies, side by side, and fighting for real change and justice for George Floyd's family, and for the other families who have been victims of police brutality."

In the wake of the public exposure of police brutality due to today's rampant media coverage and technology, many can see the need for such a movement. Many stars have supported in any way they can, and Porsha has been joining protesters in the trenches, hoping to find justice for victims like Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. Say their names!
