The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes shared the heartbreaking news her husband Gregg Leakes isn't doing well amid his battle with cancer. The outspoken reality star has always been one to speak her mind and a recent incident led her to share the Gregg, 67, may be facing his final days. NeNe and Gregg first married in 1997 and their divorce in 2011 played out on RHOA. The two reconciled and later remarried in 2013.

Gregg was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer in 2018 and went into remission after undergoing treatment. Unfortunately, NeNe announced in June of this year his cancer had come back. “If you’ve ever been around somebody who’s had cancer before, he’s different,” NeNe said of her husband months ago. “I’d love for everybody to pray for Gregg, that would be beautiful. Pray for his strength." NeNe also asked that others pray for her in supporting Gregg through his illness. As fans hoped for the best for the Leakes family, the reality star just shared a heartbreaking update.

A recent video posted to It's OnSite shows NeNe announcing Gregg is dying amid his cancer battle. In the clip, the RHOA alum spoke into a microphone to a crowd of patrons at her nightclub, The Linnethia. Some in attendance reportedly called NeNe rude for not acknowledging someone's birthday while at the club. NeNe spoke up to address what she's going through with her family. "My husband is transitioning to the other side,” she said to the crowd. "You don’t know what we’re dealing with right now. We walked in this lounge because we had to walk in this lounge because this is our business. So, when people approach and say, ‘you’re rude because you don’t want to say happy birthday,’ my husband is at home dying. I don’t want to say ‘happy birthday,’ okay?”

Following her statements at her bar, NeNe posted a sad message to Instagram, likely about Gregg's condition. NeNe posted an image of letters spelling "Broken" on her feed, accompanied by praying hands and broken heart emojis. The original Atlanta housewife offered no further information in the post. Fans on all social media platforms rallied in support of Greg and his family, expressing their prayers for his healing and comfort.

The Linnethia has seen great success under NeNe's promotion but the housewife may be ready to step aside from her businesses to be at Gregg's side through his final days.
