Real Housewives of Atlanta's Eva Marcille will not return for the next season. The reality star has decided to hand her peach in to concentrate on other endeavors.
Recently, NeNe Leakes announced she believed that Eva should be fired because she was so boring. Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been full of its fair share of drama-filled episodes. The women of the Georgia franchise do not let their ongoing battles interrupt their fun girls’ trip, even if Kenya Moore and Leakes' ongoing fight is goring tiresome. Real Housewives of Atlanta's Marlo Hampton says she would "love" to take Eva's spot on the show. Marcille, who may be best known for her time spent with Tyra Banks on America’s Next Top Model, where she learned to “smeyes” married Michael Sterling in October 2018 and their wedding was televised as part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Fans have been able to watch Marcille's pregnancy journey, since season 12 has aired new episodes each week.
The model announced earlier this week that she would not be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta after starring on the show for three seasons. Marcille joined the franchise back during season 10. In a statement, the mother of three revealed she had made lifelong bonds and friendships with several of her castmates. She also told followers she built strong bonds with the executives and producers at Bravo. The reality star made sure to thank her fans and Bravo for the opportunity she was given. But in the end, she discussed the circumstances with her family and decided it was best for her to step back from the role of holding a peach. The Bravo personality wanted to take the time to focus on other opportunities within her community. She explained that she will be a voice on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show. She will also be dedicating her time to spreading her voice to help people of color.
Marcille first joined the franchise as a friend on season 10 but became a full-time housewife in season 11 and 12. Fans watched that last season, Marcille stirred the pot between the women. Leakes shared her opinion that Marcille should lose her peach. The reason behind the mean words was due to Marcille having a boring storyline and should be replaced with Kim Zolciak. Fans did not agree with Leakes's assessment and neither did Marcille as she clapped back accusing Leakes of always altering her photos and being “ratchet.”
Now the Marcille is gone many fans are sure Leakes will stay on for another season. There were rumors that she was on the ledge regarding a return since she had a rough go during last season due to her being caught in lies about recording her friends.
