Ralph Pittman is the husband of the new Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Drew Sidora. He was introduced to the fans during the first episode of season 13 when he and Drew got into a fight at their anniversary dinner.
At the beginning of the season, Drew was often filmed with her family rather than the ladies from RHOA. The fans learned about Ralph leaving the house and driving to Tampa without letting Drew know where he was going. Drew felt hurt and betrayed by him, which led to an outdoor couples counseling session with their therapist. The couple seemed to be doing much better since then as they are currently getting ready to move into a new home and he was a true gentleman during Drew's dinner party with the women. So who is Drew's husband Ralph Pittman?
Ralph was born and raised in New Jersey before he moved to Atlanta with Drew. According to TV Over Mind, Ralph attended Rutgers University where he majored in business economics, as well as studied music theory. Heavy reported that Ralph used his academic knowledge to become both a musician and an entrepreneur. The 38-year-old is the founder and CEO of a wellness company called My Mind Music that creates therapeutic music to help to promote and improve one's quality of life. Ralph's company uses musical properties to help invoke good thoughts, relaxation, and boost happiness. Besides founding the company, Ralph also helps compose the music for his program, My Mind Music for Kids. This particular program was created to help kids improve their sleeping schedules. His company site says they hope "to improve quality of life, one musical note at a time,” as they know how important sleep is to a child's physical, mental and emotional well-being. Besides his wellness company, Ralph also has a job in the corporate world. According to his LinkedIn, Ralph has been working at Gartner, a research and advisory company for five years.
Drew and Ralph met in 2013 while she was in town to promote her movie CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. When they met Drew had a son, Josiah who was just two at the time, from a previous relationship. They connected again several months later when they had a first date that lasted 12 hours. After just three months of dating, Ralph realized Drew was the one and popped the question. The proposal included a video of Ralph asking her son if he could “be his daddy.” After two months of being engaged, the couple was married on a beach in Los Angeles in June 2014. In 2015, Drew revealed that Ralph has officially adopted Josiah. Shortly after the wedding, the couple welcomed two children of their own. They had another son, Machai David, in July 2015 and a daughter, Aniya Grace, in February 2018.
Ralph's three kids are often featured on his Instagram, as well as his wife Drew. He does have quite the sense of humor and even gave his followers a behind-the-scenes look of Drew getting ready, and clearly did not want to be filmed. Drews declares in the video, “Are you taking a picture of me right now? We did not agree to this!" Ralph loves to play a good prank.
