Cynthia Bailey, formerly of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, is revealing her "weird" mixed response to her divorce from Mike Hill. Cynthia and Mike confirmed their split on the heels of their two-year anniversary. Cynthia followed up the announcement by shutting down cheating speculation surrounding Mike. Cynthia and Mike say they remain "good friends" in wake of the filing.

In the weeks after Cynthia's divorce filing, the RHOA alum started to open up about her separation and how "weird" she feels about everything. "I took my ring off the day of the announcement but until then, I had it on all this time. Although, we were going through some things," Cynthia shared on the Two Teas in a Pod podcast. "It's just weird, you guys. It's just weird," she admitted. Cynthia noted the fact that she and Mike are still legally married and only in the beginning stages of divorce. "For me, there's still just a lot of respect stuff on my end that I still feel like he's my husband," Cynthia explained.

Cynthia and Mike Don't 'Regret' Their Divorce

After just two years of marriage, Cynthia and Mike's bond wasn't enough to make it. Despite the strain, Cynthia says there are no regrets. "I don't think either one of us regret our decision to move forward in the way we have decided to move forward," she told Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. Cynthia and Mike have "a lot of husband and wife stuff" to work out before finalizing their divorce, she shared. Cynthia remains positive and optimistic in wake of her second divorce. After making the announcement, Cynthia showed no remorse for the split. She admitted to diving headfirst into a life with Mike after a short time dating. "I jumped in, both feet first and gave it my all," Cynthia told People at the time.

In a joint statement, Cynthia and Mike said no one was to blame for the breakup. They simply grew apart. Despite Cynthia and Mike claiming to remain friends amid their divorce, Cynthia did tell Tamra and Teddi that she decided to make the filing after realizing she and Mike were no longer "friends." Apparently, Cynthia and Mike are better as single friends rather than married friends. Fans initially speculated if Mike was unfaithful to Cynthia, prompting her divorce filing. But she insisted he never stepped out on their marriage, to her knowledge. There was chatter about the state of Cynthia and Mike's marriage leading up to the announcement.

Mike was filmed hanging out with a group of friends and being flirty with a mystery woman while not wearing his wedding ring. It's interesting learning how long it took Cynthia to stop wearing her ring compared to Mike. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is in the middle of her second divorce. But this time the cameras won't be around to capture Cynthia's journey to re-entering the single life. Cynthia remains hopeful about finding love again.
