Andy Cohen did not disappoint Real Housewives fans when he announced that there would be an 11th city added to the lineup, The Real Housewives of Dubai. Fans have been speculating for weeks that there was an announcement coming, and they were not wrong. Now, viewers are scrambling to see who may star in the golden sands spin-off.

The newest addition will be exactly like its stateside counterparts, as the series will follow around a group of well-off women as they try to figure out their group dynamic and relationships. The women's careers will be showcased in the series, as well as the Real Housewives' luxury lifestyles. Bravo has done exceptionally well with the franchises, and these shows are the network's bread and butter. Fans are beyond thrilled that another new addition is on the way.

Bravo is not afraid to push the limits. After announcing at the 2019 BravoCon that The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City would be the tenth edition, the network may have another hit in the pipeline. Bravo is growing the Real Housewives further with its first international locale. Andy Cohen announced the news Monday while on the Today Show, saying, "Everything's bigger in Dubai." Andy shared that he was more than excited to reveal the news since he has been fascinated by the city for years. Check out Bravo's sneak peek below:

This is not a mirage, as the executive producer Andy also shared that the show would launch in 2022. The women are said to be an outstanding group of friends, but Bravo has yet to reveal the cast. Some believe that Ladies of London star Caroline Stanbury will be leading the pack, but she has yet to confirm. The United Arab Emirates is known for its ostentatious riches and flocks of ex-pats, including American and British citizens. Bravo's press release promised fans a look at the "over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture, and wild nightlife scene," as per Variety.

Thanks to other networks who have aired Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney, and Cheshire shows, the Real Housewives franchise has already been abroad. Almost all the series have done well and gained their own followings within their countries. This will be a chance for the network to launch its own foreign city version. Bravo viewers are now counting down the days to the New Year and the new series. There is no doubt that there will be major drama and fans will be here for it. Hopefully, The Real Housewives of Dubai will do just as well as the other Bravo cities, or they will risk being cut.
