Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness meeting Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner is tear-filled magic as the two fangirled over each other in their first meeting ever at the MTV Video Music Awards. The two stars freaked out about being fans of each other.

Netflix rebooted the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy show - which originally aired back in 2003 - with an all-new Fab Five with Queer Eye. Out of the five, Van Ness is hands-down the most recognizable as he's been referred to as "gay Jesus," with his long flowing brown hair and bushy mustache/beard combo. Van Ness's specialty is being the guru of grooming, where he has helped multiple people with all things hair, skin, and personal hygiene. He's known for his over-the-top personality and humor. Van Ness and the rest of the Fab Five are headed into Queer Eye's 5th season with Netflix.

At the MTV Video Music Awards, Van Ness had the opportunity to meet one of his idols - Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner who plays Sansa Stark on the Emmy award-winning HBO series. While backstage at the VMA's, ET caught the iconic moment on video. The actress starts the freaking out by yelling his name, and Van Ness - a huge Game of Thrones fan - runs away with his hands up in shock. In the clip, the two scream with joy and embrace, telling each other how much they love each other. Check out the video below:

Van Ness hugs the actress, saying, "I love you so much! Oh my god!" He immediately speaks of her Game of Thrones character's story, saying, "So happy for your [character's] ending. Oh my god, I was so relieved. I was so happy." While Van Ness was busy gushing over her role as Sansa Stark, Turner says, "I'm obsessed with your show." Van Ness then adds, "Congratulations on your gorgeous summer," referring to Turner's two weddings to singer Joe Jonas. The two had an impromptu Las Vegas wedding after the Billboard Music Awards this May, then a stunning official ceremony in Paris, France in June. Van Ness and Turner then take turns gushing over how "incredible" they think each other is. The Game of Thrones star then grabs her husband Joe Jonas to meet Van Ness.

The Queer Eye star and the Game of Thrones star were able to simultaneously meet their TV show idols, and the moment was obviously a magic event for both of them. It was also incredibly relatable for fans of either of the two shows. And, though Game of Thrones is over, Turner and the rest of the Queer Eye fans can continue to watch Van Ness do what he does best, helping people live their best lives.
