March had fallen in his apartment and hit his head in which he laid unconscious for four days. He remained in the medically induced coma for almost two months. When he was brought out of the coma, he was told he was paralyzed in his two legs as well as his arm and right hand.

After his accident, March started a GoFundMe page due to the setbacks that he acquired after the accident. On the page, he said he needed help paying his medical bills down, but also used the site to keep his fans updated on his recovery.
