The trailer for Power Book II: Ghost season 2 episode 3 shows Monet (Mary J. Blige) try to broker peace. STARZ's crime drama is a direct follow-up to Power, a popular series that ran for five seasons from 2014 to 2019. Power Book II resumes the previous series' finale, this time following Tariq St. Patrick (Michael Rainey Jr.), the son of Power protagonist James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick). In the sequel show, Tariq is forced to pick up his father's drug business in order to help his family while making it through school.

With the new season currently underway, TV Promos shares a trailer for Power Book II season 2 episode 3, titled "The Greater Good," which will air December 5. The high-stakes deals and dealings of Tariq and the Tejada drug family that began in season 1 continue in season 2. Cane Tejada (Woody McClain) summarizes the action by reminding viewers that no one is safe, in the episode or in the show. Watch the teaser below:

The trailer begins with Tariq getting back in business with the Tejadas despite his issues with Cane. Mecca (Daniel Sunjata) offers to help Cane keep an eye on Tariq, who has obligations to both Diana (LaToya Tonodeo) and Tate (Larenz Tate). Zeke (Daniel Bellomy) is questioned about Jabari's (Justin McManus) season 1 finale murder. Some viewers have pointed out that STARZ seems to have mixed up the episode trailers: while this teaser does include footage from episode 3, it was originally posted as a teaser for Sunday's episode 2.
