This factory is filled with toys who were human workers at Playtime Co. in the past, and most of them are angry that the player escaped having the same fate.
The teaser for Poppy Playtime Ch. 3 pans over Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs, who are the main antagonists for the previous chapters, and then shows a gas mask for the remainder of the teaser. While these images are shown, a speech about Playtime Co. and its work is given, possibly by Leith Pierre based on the voice, as it sounds similar to the tapes in which he speaks.
