The Pokémon Trading Card Game has released another Knock Out Collection box, bringing a few new cards to the table. The Pokémon TCG will continue its Sword and Shield sets for one more expansion in Crown Zenith. The Sword and Shield sets have been very successful for The Pokémon Company, and this Knock Out Collection box will likely be a worthy collector's item. After Crown Zenith, the first set for Scarlet and Violet will release, likely in the middle of the year.Knock Out Collection boxes contain three promo cards, two booster backs, and some form of bonus accessory, usually a metallic coin. These sets are inexpensive and make great buys for avid and new collectors alike. They do not contain the most cards, however; counting the promo cards, each box contains only 23. Luckily, the two booster packs contain cards from recent expansions of the Pokémon TCG Sword and Shield sets.Related: Pokémon TCG: All Scarlet & Violet Ex Cards Revealed (So Far)

Pokémon TCG Cards In The New Knock Out Collection Box

Pokémon TCG's newest Knock Out Collection box next to the three Galaxy Foil reprints that come inside.

The new Knock Out Collection box contains Galaxy Foil versions of Obstagoon, Galarian Slowking, and Dragapult, according to PokéBeach. Galaxy Foil cards have circular specs on the picture that will shine when hit by light. This effect and being a foil gives the cards a shining star effect, hence the name Galaxy. These regular cards do not sell for much, and it's unlikely the Galaxy Foil versions will either due to print numbers, but they still stand as beautiful collectible cards.

This particular collection box will contain two booster packs and two sticker sheets to go along with the three promo cards. There is no solid confirmation about which booster packs are included, but the promo art uses one pack from Silver Tempest and one from Astral Radiance. These packs are from popular sets which include many of Pokémon TCG's most valuable cards from 2022, which helps this collection box out. The sticker sheets may be a slight downgrade to some, but the more set personalization may be more memorable than the regular coin.

This will likely be the last Knock Out Collection box for the Sword and Shield set, especially given the usual time gap between box sets. The focus on some of the more memorable additions from Generation 8 is a nice touch and a great sendoff for Sword and Shield if it is the last. Final box or not, these three Galaxy Foil cards make up the bulk of the Pokémon Trading Card Game's newest Knock Out Collection box.
