A creative Pokémon fan has just created some truly adorable plushes of Hisuian Typhlosion. The Fire and Ghost-type is one of several Pokémon forms unique to the Hisui region, otherwise known as ancient Sinnoh.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus re-introduced players to Sinnoh in a very unusual way, transporting them back in time to when the region was home to only a handful of people. This dramatic shift in the setting allowed for the introduction of several new Pokémon forms, including the final evolutions of the game's three starters; Typhlosion, Samurott, and Decidueye all gained new secondary typing and Hisuian forms. These forms, along with the other variant Pokémon found throughout the game, quickly proved to be a hit with many fans, thanks in part to their striking new designs. This has led to a set of official Hisuian form Pokémon plushes being sold by the Pokémon Center store, although these plushes did not include the starter Pokémon.

Now one fan has sought to fill in some of this gap. StudioFluff has created several Hisuian Typhlosion plushes, complete with ghostly flames, much to the approval of their fellow fans. The custom-made plushes can be seen in both upright and laying down positions in a series of photos posted to Reddit, which have quickly earned their creator over 2000 upvotes. Hisuian Typhlosion's droopy ears and eyes make for an incredibly adorable expression, which has been recreated here with a level of quality easily comparable to those of official plushes. Of course, it is worth noting that this is far from the first time that Pokémon fans have made plushes of incredible quality themselves.

Fan's Hisuian Typhlosion Plushes Are Available To Buy

StudioFluff has also confirmed that these Typhlosion plushes are available through their Etsy store, FluffyPawStudio. The plushes measure approximately 13 inches long and are available in both regular and shiny colorations, for the price of $300 each. The plushes, being individually hand-made to order, also have a shipping time of up to 10 weeks. StudioFluff has explained on Reddit that the high price is a result of Etsy's own fees, although this still does not match the prices attached to some of the largest official Pokémon plushes. For example, earlier this year the Pokémon Center released a truly enormous new Arcanine Pokémon plush that was equally expensive at the price of $450 USD.

It is immediately evident that StudioFluff is an exceptional sewer; their Hisuain Typhlosion is both highly accurate and extremely cute. Their choice of colors is incredibly vibrant as well, which helps to bring the plush's flames to life. Although it must be said that the high selling price is something of a shame, especially considering the size of the product when compared to other Pokémon plushes, the fact remains that this is a hand-made custom plush with no official counterpart at the present time. That alone will make it very attractive for many fans, especially with the option of the plush having its shiny colors. Until the Pokémon Center starts selling a majestic plush of Hisuian Typhlosion itself, this fan-made alternative is undoubtedly a worthy substitute.
