Players who log in during those dates will be able to encounter Sun and Moon Pokémon such as Rockruff and Stufful with boosted spawn rates. Unlike normal encounters though, many of the Pokémon will actually have a chance to be Shiny. The "Alola to Alola" event will also feature many Alolan Shiny Regional Form Pokémon including Alolan Raichu and Alolan Vulpix.
