It is more common for Shiny Pokemon to appear in raids, but the odds are still incredibly slim. Regardless, players will still need to bring along the best raid counters in order to win this battle. To find a Shiny Cobalion, the player needs to defeat it first.
Since this is a Five-Star raid battle, players will need to team up with at least five other players. Any less will make this battle difficult to complete. Players will also need to use a Raid Pass in order to join the lobby. Players can get free Remote Raid Passes in Pokemon Go from the shop. In the case that the lobby doesn't fill, either invite friends, or leave the room and try again. Cobalion is a Steel/Fighting-type Pokemon with a massive weakness in Fighting, Ground, and Fire-type moves. These are the best six Pokemon to bring along for this battle.
