A concept artist and Pokémon fan has created a range of missing Eevee evolutions, including Bug, Flying and Dragon types. Eevee is one of the most popular Pokémon in the franchise, getting its own titled game over Psyduck with Let's Go Eevee! and Let's Go Pikachu! in 2018. Eevee already has many different evolutions within the series' canon, but there are plenty more types that the Normal-type Pokémon is currently unable to evolve into.

Eevee was first introduced in Generation One, with three evolutions types available: Vaporeon (Water-type), Flareon (Fire-type) and Jolteon (Electric-type). Multiple different evolutions for Eevee have been added over the years, with the full roster of "Eeveelutions" now including Espeon (Psychic-type), Umbreon (Dark-type), Leafeon (Grass-type), Glaceon (Ice-type) and Sylveon (Fairy-type). Trainers have discovered there's a trick to evolving your Pokémon GO Eevee in the Niantic mobile game, allowing gamers to get their favorite variation. While Eevee certainly has no shortage of evolutions, there are still more that Nintendo could add to the canon.

Concept artist RJ Palmer has received praise on Twitter for his take on future evolutions for Eevee. The creator's gorgeous designs for the missing evolutions include Griffeon (Flying-type), Drageon (Dragon-type), and Bumbleon (Bug-type). The artist even has suggestions for their Abilities: "Aerilate" for Griffeon, "Multiscale" for Drageon, and "Skill Link" for Bumbleon. Palmer also created his own mash-up Eeveelution, imagining what a Garfield and Eevee Pokémon could look like. Garfeon is a "Lasagna Cat" Pokémon with the "Hates Mondays" Ability, and even has a Shiny variant. Though the Pokémon evolution methods for his creations are unclear, the designs are a sight to behold, and wouldn't look out of place within the Pokémon world.

The Pokémon evolutions aren't the first time Palmer has tackled the Nintendo franchise. Some of Palmer's previous designs include a very realistic Blastoise, as well as a piece showcasing the growth of a Charmander and his trainer, both of which can be purchased via the artist's online store. The artist's depictions of missing Eevee evolutions have taken Twitter by storm, and while it's not known if Nintendo will ever add any other Eeveelutions to the games, it's hoped to be the case.
