Fashion brand Irregular Choice is offering up a line of Pokémon-themed footwear and fashion accessories featuring fan-favorite critters like Eevee and Jigglypuff - though they are selling for some rather steep prices. The Brighton, England-based clothing company prides itself on offering up “usual” shoes and apparel and has often sold licensed products based on the Disney Princess franchise, Care Bears, and even Sanrio of Hello Kitty fame.

Meanwhile, there has been no shortage of Pokémon merchandise in the nearly three decades since the original Pokémon Red and Blue took the world by storm in 1998 - ranging from toys to trading cards to the occasional Psyduck-themed teapot. Clothing falls into that list as well, with companies like Original Stitch producing apparel patterned after the many fictional regions of the Pokémon games and even original takes on the designs of Nintendo’s ever-growing list of collectible creatures.

Now, fans will be able to buy some stylish Pokémon-themed shoes and other items to go with these custom shirts - as long as they’re ready to pay a hefty amount of money. As reported by Nintendo Life, Irregular Choice has just started selling a line of officially licensed Pokémon shoes, socks, handbags, and pendants on its website. However, fans hoping to buy a pair of sneakers patterned after some of Pokémon’s most well-known characters should take note that Irregular Choice is asking upwards of 100 to 200 dollars for many of the products listed on its website.

Aside from lavishly expensive merchandise deals, the past couple of years has been pretty eventful and exciting for the Pokémon franchise. 2021 saw fans all over the world celebrating Pokémon’s 25th anniversary, complete with nostalgic montage videos of players recalling their favorite Pokémon memories and singers like Katy Perry and Post Malone recording tracks for a musical tribute collection titled Pokémon 25: The Album. 2022 would see this wave of new Pokémon developments continue with the successful launch of Pokémon Legends: Arceus on the Nintendo Switch in February, followed by the surprising reveal of the next line of mainline entries in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Not everyone will want to pay such high prices for Irregular Choice’s new line of Pokémon-themed apparel and accessories, but the designs shown off are as cute, colorful, and varied as the creatures they depict. Anyone willing to fork over the cash can choose from Irregular Choice's many Pokémon offerings on its official website for as long as supplies last.
