Free PlayStation Plus Games For November 2018 Announced

PlayStation Plus

November is already a big month for gaming thanks to the release of titles like Fallout 76 and Battlefield V, but here's what players can expect from Sony's PlayStation Plus free games for November 2018.

Following on from last month's offerings of Friday the 13th: The Game and Rocketbirds 2: Evolution, there's another batch of PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita games to enjoy for free. Available to download between November 6 and December 4, games like Yakuza Kiwami and Bulletstorm are up for grabs alongside various PS4 and Vita titles. Here's the full list of what's coming in November.

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

Bulletstorm- Full Clip Edition PlayStation 4

A remaster of People Can Fly and Epic Games' BulletstormBulletstorm: Full Clip Edition brings the 2011 first-person shooter back to the PlayStation 4 with some impressive 4K graphics. Taking place in the 26th Century, players are tasked with controlling a black ops team on the run as space pirates.

The original was an over-the-top game that included increasingly imaginative ways to off enemies and was under-appreciated at the time. Although Bulletstorm was a commercial failure when it was released, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition includes a number of fan-favorite DLCs and also brought Duke Nukem into the game. The PlayStation Plus game will also come with all the DLC content for gamers to try out.

Yakuza Kiwami

Yakuza Kiwami PlayStation Plus free

Charting the criminal underworld of Japan, Yakuza Kiwami is Sega's modern remake of 2005's Yakuza. Mixing action-adventure and role-playing in an open-world game, Yakuza Kiwami follows the sharp-suited Kazuma Kiryu as he punches his way through a fictional world of Japanese mobsters.

Although the original Yakuza may look a little dated now, Yakuza Kiwami fitted neatly with the rest of the franchise's PlayStation 4 games. With restored visuals and a new Japanese dub, Yakuza Kiwami improved the legacy of the first game. Considering Yakuza Kiwami 2 recently dropped on the PlayStation 2, now is the perfect time for the first game to get a free PlayStation Plus release.

Free PS3 Games For November 2018

Arkedo Series Jump

Heading back a generation, the free PlayStation Plus games for the PlayStation 3 includes Jackbox Party Pack 2 and Arkedo Series. Jackbox Party Packs have been released nearly annually since 2014, with Party Pack 2 hitting the PlayStation 3 in 2015. Described as game night in a box, Jackbox Party Pack 2 includes puzzle games Fibbage 2, Quiplash XLEarwax, Bidiots, and Bomb Corp.

There's old-school action as the entire Arkedo series is collected in one place. Combining retro gaming with bright colors, Arkedo Series includes platformers JUMP! and PIXEL! alongside the match-4 SWAP!. Fun for players of all ages, Arkedo Series looks brilliant with its oversized pixels on a big screen TV.

Free PS Vita Games for November 2018

Burly Men at Sea PlayStation Vita

Finally, the free PS Vita PlayStation Plus titles are Burly Men at Sea and Roundabout, which are both also available on PlayStation 4. Brain&Brain's Burly Men at Sea is somewhere between a visual novel and point-and-click adventure that features simple graphics with a tranquil backdrop.

Roundabout is an open-world driving game from the indie No Goblin LLC studio. Players get behind the wheel of a rotating limousine while picking up and dropping off passengers.  Described as Kuru Kuru Kururin meets Crazy Taxi, the Vita port was released in 2018 as a cross-buy with the PlayStation 4 version.

When surviving the nuclear wasteland of Fallout 76 or flying into action with the Spyro Remastered Trilogy is a bit much, at least the PS Plus Games give fans something different to try out.
